Prime custom Builders did more than just build our house... they rebuilt our home. After a total loss of our home due to a fire, we researched several highly regarded builders from trusted personal referrals and hired PCB. From the start the entire team was professional, considerate of the emotional/personal loss and while providing very helpful guidance never pressured or hurried us into any decision. 2 weeks later, our youngest son suffered a life threatening condition that focused our attention & time on his treatment, which took us out of the state at the start of the project. PCB never missed a beat. They worked around our schedule, even off hours and weekends for us to make decisions as needed. They kept well within budget, navigated with all 3rd parties to keep project on time, OVER communicated to us every detail via email, calls and visits all while showing the utmost compassion for our family during a very trying time. Our home was rebuilt with care to details and the highest work quality. From owner George, V. P. Kim, Admin Kathy and foreman Dave - the entire team exemplified excellence. The contractors they used for painting, plumbing, appliances, framing, etc were all pleasant to work with and provided high quality work . Our home is better than before, delivered on time and well within budget. This is the 4th home we have built and without a doubt, PCB stands the tallest in workmanship & professionalism. We would choose PCB to build any home of ours in the future.

We worked with Prime Custom Builders to construct our new home in Bucks County last year. It was our first experience building a new home, and we'd heard enough stories from friends about what a stressful, potentially frustrating process it can be. Looking back on the whole thing, we have nothing but good things to say for Prime; we felt supported by the entire team from start to finish, and we always felt comfortable asking questions along the way. The level of communication with the office was friendly, consistent and top-notch. Dave Allen, who handled the day-to-day construction details and organization of sub-contractors, is excellent- such a nice guy and very professional. We've been in our hew home for over a year, and are completely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.
