Working with Jim and his crews to build our dream home was a pleasure. Our land was complicated to build on but Jim and Jeff made it happen. The quality of the home is top notch, inside and out. Jim did his best to navigate us through the inevitable roadblocks and delays thrown up by outside factors. This is planned to be our forever home however I wouldn't hesitate to hire Jim again.

Pristine Homes remodeled our family home and did a beautiful job. Between their employees and the subs they used we were very pleased with the outcome and the process was painless! Jim Way would let me know what I needed to pick out each week and took all the pain out of the process of supervising the project. The sub contractors they used for electrical, plumbing, tile, flooring, heating were all great. The project took one year and we are very happy. At the end we had a party date set and a punch list of a dozen items and they were taken care of quickly and in time to show off our "new" home.

To begin, I believe the best service is often given by great referrals! I was referred to Jim by an acquaintance and I have since referred many people to Pristine Homes due to their excellent service, honest interaction, and professional guidance. We purchased a home that needed a lot of interesting, labor intensive help and Jim and his crew worked tirelessly with me to resolve its issues. When completely unexpected problems occurred as the house was quite neglected, they were honest and helpful and came up with great pricing options, even when they arose later, Jim was quickly part of the solution. Many parts of this house were a surprise, but working with Jim and his crew was never an unknown, and everything from being prompt to billing was consistently fantastic.

After researching 20 GC's and face/face interviews with 6 GC's we selected Pristine Homes to build our Waterfront Dream House. WOW! Beautiful and well constructed. Within our budget as promised by Mr. Jim Way. They look into the details and do not let anything slide by with sub contractors. Well managed with high quality construction. Pristine goes all out to make sure the material selection is perfect and they were always providing insight to new methods and materials. We are extremely happy! Friends, family and visitors are constantly remarking about the craftsmanship and beautiful design. Oh yes... They also helped with the building designs and did complete the entire architectural drawings. Their contacts with local government officials really help to make sure everything is in compliance and acceptable for waterfront properties. Thank you Pristine, we love our house!

Pristine took a lot of time with us planning our kitchen remodel. In all, we removed 2 full walls and 3 half walls. raised the kitchen area ceiling to reveal a spacious kitchen and living room area, We also had hard wood floors installed along with a beautiful stair banister. We are very happy with the work Pristine homes provided for us.

Pristine homes has help us with your remodel and reconstruction of our home in Poulsbo, The project started with our guest house about 1400sqft 3 story structure, upon completion we started on our home of about 5000sqft. overlooking hood cannal. Pristine homes provided excellent service and was on budget and helped us overcome many of the issues that came up with the county. Pristine homes worked with us over 6 years. I would not hesitate to hire Jeff and Jim from Pristine homes, great guys to work with and honest.

Major remodel (basically a complete rebuild) done by Pristine Homes. High quality construction, very satisfied with the results, so much so that when we decided to built an expensive 2 story garage/retaining wall this year, we hired Jim & Jeff Way, of Pristine Homes again.
