My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

⭐️10 Stars!!⭐️ We are so happy we chose Providence Homes for our first Florida home! The quality of our Providence home is first class and the people are amazing to work with. We especially love the energy efficiency of our home. Our sales person, Brenda Harris, was a pleasure to work with and helped us pick the perfect home for us. The best thing about Providence Homes is they stand by their homes long after your 1-year warranty is up. Thank you so much to our incredible warranty person, Kristy Bell, for working with us and making sure we were happy with any issue we had. We highly recommend Providence Homes!

We bought a new Providence Home 3 years ago and with the exception of a few issues that have since been resolved, we were pretty happy with our home. We are now having some major flooring issues but Providence has assured us they will make it right. If they do I will be back to give them 5 stars!!

Our home is the best - quality and energy efficiency are excellent. Had challenges during the building process. Changes were very difficult to make...we should have been given more time during our pre-construction meeting and all options should have been explained.

Mark was our agent. He was an absolute sweetheart and very helpful through the entire process. Whenever we had issues he did everything in his power to make sure the matter was resolved. Our house is a dream and is excellent made.

Currently working with Providence Homes to have 2802 sq ft home built in the Seaton Manor section of the Aberdeen community. So far, all encountered have shown great respect and honor my requests with a speedy response and satisfactory outcome. Would highly recommend this builder in the Jacksonville market to all who are looking to build a new home at a very reasonable price.
