It is overwhelming enough to move.. and then -- to have to juggle how to blend
your previous home's items into a new home - all the while making some style updates. This can be quite challenging! You are way ahead of the game by knowing what design elements are needed and/or missing to create the WOW -- and, you know what you like! That's a great place to start!
Happy decorating...

I can't thank you enough for the kind words. We are so fortunate -- to do what brings us joy every day -- but when our clients say we "nailed it" and their vision for the space was realized.. we couldn't ask for anything more! I have so enjoyed working with you both. I really love how things have come together in a sophisticated and stylish way, but yet super functional as well.
Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to help!

As we chatted about, I knew this was a VERY “tall order” for you to be able to clean, repair/paint, furnish and decorate this "new to you" home in 2 weeks... while you were "in" from out of town!
I felt that you could be up against some real challenges with a seemingly impossible short timeline and (what I suspected might be) limited "covid-related" inventory levels in stores -- but you really rose to the challenge. Design/decorating can often require compromise – because there are so many factors in play -- unless of course, money is no object and you have unlimited resources and time. (not the case for many!)
Sometimes I never quite know how my “input/tips” may actually translate… given homeowners don’t often have the resources -- we, as professionals have. You did a great job as a DIYer.
I'm thrilled that the information was valuable to you -- on your design journey.
Thanks again

Look forward to working together in the future as well.

I really enjoyed meeting you and working together on furnishing ideas and layout. I so appreciate the kind words and glad you found our discussion useful. You have made some really smart choices thus far and are on the right track to really pulling things together nicely! You have a great sense of style and a good design plan in place. That's half the battle : -) to achieving the desired outcome!
Thanks again, Pam

Thank you so much for the opportunity and the kind words. It was so nice to catch up again after all these years! Glad our time together was helpful to you in your design journey! Hope to reconnect.... should you feel another "part instruction; part inspiration" session, as you say : -) might be beneficial!

I know -- given your demanding work schedule --- it was challenging for you to find time to meet. So glad we finally connected and that you felt our time together was productive.
Your home is really beautiful and I have no doubt things will come together.
Enjoyed meeting you!!

I really enjoyed meeting you and felt great about our progress, as well. I am excited to see how the final new build materials/finishes take shape! I look forward to working together down the road to develop a color palette, select furnishings, lighting and other decor elements.... that will really pull it together!
Talk soon.....

Appreciate your business, Pam

We certainly appreciate the kind words about our services and are thrilled you are pleased! We also loved the end result and know that you'll enjoy entertaining in these new spaces this holiday season. It has been a true pleasure working together. Until next time.....

Thank you so much for the kind words and your comments. I really enjoyed meeting your family and I am thrilled that you found both our time together and our process helpful. Our #1 priority is ensuring that clients who are updating, remodeling or building avoid the costly design mistakes that can so often be prevented with some pre-planning. I have no doubt things will turn out great because of your dedication to the design and commitment to planning. I love the quote by Ralph Caplan “thinking about design is hard, but not thinking about it can be disastrous.”
I do hope you will reconnect should you need more assistance as your home gets further along. I am excited to see your vision realized!!

Thanks for the opportunity! Pam
