Pure Eco Inc.

Discovered I had a MAJOR critter infestation issue in the attic space above my condominium. In addition, all of the insulation had disintegrated and been compromised with critter (rat, squirrel and mice) droppings and urine. And, if that wasn’t bad enough, most all of the HVAC vents (supply, return & exhaust) were broken, damaged and not functioning properly. As a result, any “air” coming into the condominium contained fiberglass particles from the insulation as well as animal feces and urine. Learning this finally explained why our family members were all experiencing severe respiratory issues. Pure Eco Inc. proved to be THE ANSWER! I called late in the afternoon and the next morning, BENI KEMENETSKY arrived at our home. Beni did a complete inspection of the attic space, the inside of the condominium, as well as the outside perimeter of our unit. ENTIRE PROJECT: (which included: 1) removal of ALL materials from attic space 2) sanitation of entire attic space 3) “critter-proofing” entire attic space 4) adding new insulation seals around all sky lights, electrical boxes and ducts 5) repair and installation of new venting system 6) installation of “Radon Barrier” and finally 7) installation of all new insulation throughout entire attic space). These tasks took just 3.5 days from start to finish. The QUALITY of the materials used, and the standard of work was SUPERIOR as was the skill level of all employees. The working crew was led by ARMANDO. He arrived with his work team on time every single day. The preparation for the project included premium plastic covering for all exposed flooring, walls and furniture. They even used special indoor scaffolding to secure the plastic so no tape was used that might harm the floor, walls or furniture and so we would not be exposed to any harmful debris. We have an elevator in our building and even that was prepped and protected! Armando explained exactly what the crew planned to do and at the end of each day, Armando showed me photos and videos of the areas they worked on (I could not get into the attic space – it is so narrow that the technicians all had to work on their stomachs!) Armando and all of his crew members were courteous, knowledgeable, conscientious, skilled, patient and kind. Each technician was willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. When they were finished with the job, the crew left the work space IMMACULATE – I even said to one of the guys “it’s as though you were never here!”. Additionally, came to the site each day to touch base and made himself available via phone/text at all times. Beni was part of the project from beginning to end and made certain that we were happy with the outcome. Beni is simply FIRST-RATE! In less than a week from calling Pure Eco Inc. what seemed an insurmountable crisis was resolved! Most importantly our home was clean, safe and warrantied! Our health could improve as well. Pure Eco, Inc. truly is a one-stop “PROBLEM SOLVED” company! I

We hired Pure Eco Inc to clean our old attic as well as set up insulation. We called few an other firms prior to them and this company was the most affordable as well as appeared very well-informed, so we chose to give them a shot. And yes, I'm not been wrong regarding my impact. The cleaning was certainly excellent. We had a great deal of rodent damages under our roof covering, and the staff did an extensive cleaning as well as additionally changed our old ducts, removed the insulation and sterilized and tidied up our attic room in someday! These guys are absolutely trusted. I highly recommend them.

We used Pure Eco to add insulation to our attic. They were easy to work with and professional. They gave us an estimate and stuck to his quote. We could immediately tell a difference in the temperature upstairs after they was finished. I'm sure the insulation will help with our heating/cooling bills as well. Thanks again, Pure Eco INC!

Great job and professionally executed by Pure Eco crew. we had never cleaned our air ducts before, and had done some work in the house. They were sure to share before and after pictures of the furnace and duct work. They were very transparent. I have a busy work schedule and they were so accommodating and onetime!

We always knew we needed to add more insulation in our roof but we never realized the huge difference it would make... my house was humid and my ac couldn't cool the house... we contacted Pure Eco INC and their crew came out promptly to give me a valuable quote for what needed to be done... the price was considerably less... they came out, did the work, very polite and respectable. Highly recommended, great company, great people... I'm so happy right now... thank you!!

Pure Eco INC installed our attic insulation. Since, we need to service the furnace system in the attic, we wanted insulation bats that could be easily moved and did not shed fibers or outgas. They listened carefully to our requirements, and offered a high quality insulation product. Their communication of job status was excellent; the work was completed on schedule and clean-up/removal of the excess material was promptly handled. We were very pleased with Pure Eco's work in our home, and highly recommend this company.
