Wow, I hired Norman to remold a bathroom in my first house over 20 years ago! I still own this house and have been renting the place for almost 20 years as well. The bathroom still looks good and I have replaced nothing. Norman did an excelent job and under budget. I would hire him to work on my house today!

Norm is truly an artisan! From recreating 1800s farmhouse trim, re-framing windows down to the stone (with Spanish Cedar; mortised and tenoned), to creating a period-perfect railing and baluster assembly from scratch, and custom window muntin 'splinter' repair...we've worked it all through with Quality First. Norm took care of my home, as if it were his own. His pride in his work, and craftsmanship shows through in everything he does!

Norm's attention to detail and focus on doing things the proper way stand out as top qualities. I've seen Norm's work in friends houses -- my favorite is a beautiful kitchen that features crisp clean lines (no door or drawer handles as everything opens by spring loaded latches). Norm has also helped with a few projects at my house and almost all of my projects involve uncovering something unexpected that has to be dealt with before the initial project can be complete -- Norm has helped make the troubleshooting seamless and come up with creative and practical solutions!

Norm is creative and precise – two valued qualities in a woodworker and cabinetmaker. When we saw his beautiful cabinetwork, we wondered what he could do with a coffee table and an end table. Through discussions and photos, he took the time to help us envision what we wanted. We are very pleased with the beautiful tables he created for us. They are functional as well as works of art.

Our entire front door unit needed to be replaced due to rotting. Norm recommended a better quality unit than the one we had so as to prevent future rotting, and arranged for us to have a storm door added. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship that Quality First Home Interiors provided, as well as the timeframe from first visit for a quote till project completion. In the future we plan to finish the basement and remodel the kitchen, and hope that these are projects he can work on, to really get the benefit of his skills and talents.
