We hired Quilter to remodel our kitchen. We were so impressed with the level of customer service, they cared and showed up to every appointment. They listed to our needs and concerns. They helped us stay on budget and even helped us with other home concerns. We have recommended them to our friends and will continue to do so. We look forward to hiring them to do our future bathroom and living room remodels. Thank you Quilter, we love our new Kitchen!

Ross Quilter built our house in Park City in 1989. I remember his boys who are now his partners running around the site helping their dad when they were just little guys! We're in the process of selling this house where we raised our boys and getting ready to build again. Quilter Construction will be our builders. It's been great seeing Ross and Kasey 29 years later, they're like long lost family. Ross built our first home when we were starting our family and he will be building our new home now that we're empty nesters. We can't wait to work with Ross and his crew in this new phase of our lives!

Ross Quilter cannot be trusted with pricing of construction; his original estimate, March 2017, was $295,000 over the cost of the lot; framing phase in May and ready for move during early September. Earth moving began in late August and the estimate of $565,000 over the lot was received September 1st. Unauthorized changes include grading the land now requiring a retaining wall. Written and telephonic calls go without a response. No effort was made to explain the estimate differences nor a definitive way forward. The land sits (?) unattended with cement supposed poured for pillars and foundation. You've been warned.

A project, replacing a rock wall approximately 8 ft tall and 50 ft long, the rocks of which had serious deteriorated, breaking into small pieces, over a few years. I knew it was going to be expensive, but Ross gave me a pretty good estimate, about what I expected. But I also wanted the best - and got it. It looks wonderful and gave us much more level ground space whereas before it was less and sloped dangerously downward near the top of the old wall. I hesitated getting that close to the edge it was so steep. Now? No problem whatsoever. I'd hire Ross Quilter for any job. Job was started & finished in about 3 days. Terrific.

I Hired Quilter Construction to do a Bathroom & Kitchen Remodel, I called several contractors that I had found on Houzz.com. Kasey Promptly called me back after I left him a message, we scheduled a time for a meeting and it was within a couple of days all the other contractors were weeks out or didn't bother to call back. I had a pretty tight budget and Quilter construction helped me stay on budget! My Bathroom tuned out better than my expectations and I am now able to use my Kitchen and it feels functional and like home! I would Highly recommend Quilter Construction to anyone very personable people & very professional. I am excited to have them on schedule for the spring to finish remodeling the rest of my house. Thank you TEAM!

Commented: UGLY IN PINK AND FREEZING!It sounds just like a bathroom we are remolding right now! There is probably not adequate insulation in the floors and or walls and causing the cold! What questions do you have on the Bathroom?
