My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

R2S was happy to undertake three small projects I had and did a fantastic job. Every thing was completed in a timely matter, and to my complete satisfaction.

Andy's an incredibly kind and hardworking contractor. The work he did was excellent, and he was very willing to work with us and accommodate our requests. We did have a miscommunication regarding some tile that set our timing back approximately a month, which caused some heartburn for us during the time while the work was being finished. There were also some minor details that weren't taken care of until we moved in and pointed them out. However, we sorted it out and the final result was excellent. These issues likely could've been avoided with some more-detailed project management on the front end. It sounds like Andy and his team are implementing this new project management software, so hopefully those issues have been addressed. Would definitely recommend Andy for future projects.
