Our experience with Jim Bogle was outstanding! Their work ethic is impeccable. Jim conducted himself with professionalism throughout the entire process. He listened to our needs, shared ideas, and did his best to stay within our budget. It was a long distance process . Jim stayed in contact with us continually. He even sent us pictures. His communication skills are outstanding. We loved working with a family business. I felt immediate trust . He remodeled our kitchen, our master bath and added flooring to our living room. The work he did was outstanding! We would definitely use him again. I feel as if we made a new friend!

When we decided it was time to bring our family cabin on Lake Rabun back to life, we called on Jim and his team for help. From day one, Jim listened carefully to our vision and kept us informed every step of the way. Over the course of the project, we saw our family cabin transform into something even better than we could have ever imagined. Jim ensured that all of our requests were met, and went above and beyond to preserve some of the original woodwork from the 80 year old structure, incorporating it into the final product. Rabun remodel recently completed a deck for us and oversaw the installation of hardscaping in our yard.. Jim Bogle is professional from the start to finish. We were plleased in every respect with the work performed. Jim and his team take great pride in their work and it shows!

I highly recommend Rabun Remodel for any remodeling work. They took a 30 year old master bathroom and turned it into a dream. Jim and Jared Bogle replaced a bathtub/shower combo with a beautiful walk-in tile shower, moved the toilet and window to allow a bit bigger shower, found someone to build a vanity and linen cabinet just like a photo of one I liked, and installed a wall heater which has gotten a lot of use this winter. When I found out the marble floor tile I had originally looked at was outside the budget I had set, Jim designed a tile 'rug' which allowed me to incorporate some of the marble tile into the 'rug' and get the look I was going for at a fraction of the cost. And the 'rug' is a piece of art, it's so beautiful. Seeing how well the project was going, I asked Jim if they would paint the master bedroom as well. He agreed and also replaced the ugly popcorn ceiling in both the bathroom and bedroom with a textured look which I love. Jim and his wife Sheri, were wonderful to work with, honest, professional, work quality top-notch, gave me ideas/tips when I was stuck, kept me updated as to what was going on, and left my home way cleaner than one would expect when there's a project such as this going on. I have never been involved in a remodeling project before, but after working with Rabun Remodel, I'll be hiring them for my kitchen and guest bath remodel.

Rabun Remodel is one of the most honest, professional contractors that I have been fortunate to work with. Jim, Jared and Dexter care about ensuring the work is done perfectly, on time and done to the estimated costs. I am so fortunate to work with such a caring and considerate group. They worked around my schedule and always felt comfortable about them working in my home, even when I was not around. Jim thoroughly explained the work, any options and additional work that needed to be done or I asked to be done.

James Bogle and Jared Bogle of Rabun Remodel have completed several projects for us. They cleaned, stained and sealed a red cypress portico over the front porch and the entire pine porch and stairs at the kitchen entrance; cleaned, stained and sealed two Douglas fir timber frame brackets on the decks; completely refinished two Honduran mahogany front doors and a Douglas fir Dutch door; and installed a new security storm door at the kitchen entry. They conducted themselves in a highly-professional manner, and they communicated easily and effectively. We have scheduled another project to replace two decks; and we have confidence that James and Jared Bogle will provide the same excellent workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism that they did during the previous projects. Rabun Remodel is highly recommended.

It was easy to work with Mr Bogle at Reabun Remodel We communicated by email and that worked. I was informed exactly what would be done and received a written contract that described all the work to be done and what it would cost. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. I would recommend Rabun Remodel.

Very professional from start to completion. Always kept me well informed of their work status and always arrived on-site when scheduled. They did a excellent job on our bath shower from demo to tiling and painting. Always kept the work area clean and no damage to any surrounding areas. Would definitely use them again for any remodel/repair projects.

We hired Rabun Remodel to build a ramp to our breezeway and to replace a fiberglass shower in our master bathroom. We found Jim and Jared to be be excellent craftsmen and did a beautiful job on both parts of the project. We would highly recommend them.
