Just finished two remodeling projects on our house, Randy and Eric did a wonderful job and all of their sub contractors were top notch. We recently used RJ Aldriedge Companies for an extensive renovation of our home that included removing walls, moving appliances, moving a bathroom and extending our home into our garage and through one exterior wall. Building a house during a pandemic is no easy task. At first, I thought of managing some of the build myself until I realized the amount of time and follow up required to do so. Randy Aldriedge came highly recommended and after thorough research, I quickly realized why. Randy guided our family along the way and taught us a lot. Also, he managed to keep a very professional worksite in a very established neighborhood. The neighbors all brag on Randy, as he was there daily. As I watched other builds around me stall during the pandemic, I watched Randy manage each trade with an attention to detail you would expect when managing your build. We truly could not have done it without him. When issues arose during the build, I felt confident and found peace knowing that I had Randy on it. I did not have the same luxury with my previous build. There were lots of trades in and out of that property and we had an increasing amount of money invested in this build. I am glad that Randy was there to make us feel secure along the way. Also, Randy was there to ensure every trade made their timeline and finished the job to the standards of a master builder. We worked with RJ Aldriedge Companies (Randy) for an extensive kitchen, family room, and guest bathroom remodel. From the very beginning of the process Randy was very personable and great to work with. He listened to our wants and desires and provided insightful advice that only an individual with his level of experience and expertise can offer. We encountered a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, transparency and open communication throughout the process. From start to finish, Randy provided superb service. Randy is extremely knowledgeable and guided us as we evaluated options for renovating our home. The project (kitchen, master bath and bedroom, study, living, dining a breakfast nook) was completed ahead of schedule by a few days. All subcontractors were friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Randy Aldriedge (RJ Aldriedge Co) came highly recommended from a trusted friend, and he did not disappoint. His bid, among the many that we received, was very fair. We hired RJ Aldriedge because of his communication skills and extensive knowledge and experience. Throughout the process, he was very professional and attentive, which was extremely important to us being first-time home builders. All his sub-contractors had long-term relationships with Randy and spoke very highly of his work ethic and high standards. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and would not hesitate to recommend him in the future.

My wife and I worked with Randy to build our dream home. Randy was there with us through the entire process, including all the meetings with the architect designing the house, sitting in with his amazing interior designer Karen, and was always available on our schedule to meet at the construction site to check progress and discuss plans and changes. The budget Randy worked up for us was spot on, when the project was complete we were within 1% of budget and the house was built exactly like we wanted. I should note Randy uses the same sub contractors for his jobs so they know him well and his high expectations so they perform accordingly. One unique thing we really liked was the website Randy used to keep us updated on the project schedule and he also uploaded project photos and files for us to see. It really helped us keep up with things on our busy schedules and know what decisions we had to make and by what deadline. Our house was completed just over a year ago and Randy recently came and did a follow up walk through with us. We pointed out some paint repairs we wanted fixed, as well as a cracked tile grout and some caulking needed from a house normally settling. He had people out the next day to do the repairs - at no charge. Randy is a stand up guy and a real master of his trade, we would certainly hire him again for any future construction or remodel needs.

Randy and his team completed a remodel and addition to our nearly 50 year-old home. The work began August 2017 and was completed April 2018. The project included removing 20 feet of exterior brick wall and adding 300 sq. ft. to create an open kitchen/dining area, plus a complete remodel of the adjoining family room, adding a covered patio on the back of the home and a covered porch on the front as well as new roof, paint, and doors.
