We've brought professional kitchen design and installation services to the greater Houston / Galveston area and beyond since 1983. We are authorized dealers for Wood-Mode custom cabinetry, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove and Vent-A-Hood appliances, gorgeous Cambria countertops, TheGalley Workstation, and other fine products. See all this and more in our showroom in Webster. Working with local contractors, interior designers and suppliers, we bring the most advanced kitchens to our clients and theirs on both remodel and new construction projects. Our design team includes owner Randy Godeau along with other independent designers and resources. We are active members of the NKBA, and we enjoy an A+ rating with the BBB of Metropolitan Houston. Planning is essential to any successful project, whether it be a remodel or new home. Our professional design services include detailed planning to meet your exact needs and taste, utilizing 3D computer-generated views so you can see exactly how your kitchen will look and function before any construction begins. In our showroom, we can show you our advanced drawer systems, accessories, roll-outs, Lazy-Susans, small appliance storage, trash & recycling storage, knife storage, and more. We can also show you the most advanced cabinet lighting and power systems, both inside and outside the cabinets, including drawer lighting and power strips below the upper cabinets, as well as both traditional and automated lighting controls and more. I was shopping for a built-in refrigerator to replace my Thermador which was on it's last leg. I first made a visit to a big box appliance store and got very frustrated with the amateurs that don't care and have no knowledge. I knew there had to be something better so I went to Bay Area Kitchens and had a completely opposite experience. I was assisted by Randy, the owner, who is a professional in every way and extremely knowledgeable. I gave Randy the specs on my current appliance. He then showed me options and talked me through the different products to determine what is exactly right for me. After we got the product right, He then researched and found a $1,500 price discount for me. So I got the right product at the right price. What a treat! The icing on the cake was the delivery and installation which was on time and took an hour. If you want to buy a first-class appliance, you need to go to a first-class place and Bay Area Kitchens is the place. A surprising feature of the Sub-Zero fridge was that the angles of the stainless steel panels on top pick up the colors of the kitchen and floors. You will note the reflective effect in the photo.

Bay Area Kitchens is such a pleasure to work with. They have great quality cabinets and installers. They help with design and are always there when you need them. I highly recommend them. I had a new home built and they did my kitchen, walk in pantry and laundry room.

Wow, what a transformation of our kitchen and utility room. Randy's design incorporated existing interior brick accent walls that we wanted to keep and still totally changed our kitchen design rather than just working a refresh. Our new Wood Mode maple cabinets are simple (our choice), beautiful, and expertly installed. We are vary happy with the results and our high expectations were exceeded.

We found Randy Godeau at Bay Area Kitchens after reading such wonderful reviews of him and his business, and we are happy that we did. From the very beginning, Randy had great design ideas for our kitchen and main bathroom. He had many samples of products in his showroom, and he also directed us where to go to see more. He worked and reworked the drawings until they were perfect. He took out a bar and added a larger island and rearranged the appliances so that the whole kitchen works better and feels bigger. We added a convection steam oven, warming drawer, a Wolf coffee maker, and a larger refrigerator/freezer. When the work began, all of his contracted workers, from demolition, to tile installation, electricians, plumbers, and cabinet installation, were very professional, arriving when they said, and taking care and pride in their work. Instead of having multiple people working in the kitchen at one time, Randy schedules all of the projects sequentially which made the construction run smoothly. He provided us with a very detailed schedule from the beginning and updated it as necessary. He was at our home frequently, and always when a new project started. Throughout the entire remodel, Randy checked every detail, many that we didn’t see, and made sure that the project was perfect. Not only is Randy the consummate professional, he is such a nice and trustworthy person. We are so happy with our new kitchen and bathroom and thankful that we chose Randy to design them and oversee the work.

After my first consultation I knew he had capture my vision. He immediately went to work. Randy Godeau was an excellent manager/general contractor of all aspects of our projects. We have completed the remodel of our kitchen and guest bathroom and will soon start a second project on our master bath. Randy is driven to please his customers, and he handles all crafts, materials purchase, permits, and inspections. Each of the craftsmen have worked long term for Randy on his projects, some for more than 15 years. I was at home with each craft throughout our project and can vouch for the skill, attention to detail, efficiency, and ownership of the quality of their work. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. We wake up every day and are thrilled to have such a wonderful kitchen, thanks to the knowledge and guidance of Randy through all phases of work. Randy's up front design work included through computer generated drawings of all aspects of the design. As the project progressed, the drawings were updated as needed to provide up tot date, accurate information. Randy made very frequent job site visits to inspect the work, address any unforeseen issues and discuss craft scheduling. We are very pleased with every aspect of our project and would highly recommend Bay Area Kitchens and Randy Godeau to others who are considering a kitchen remodel project.

I am enjoying my newly remodeled kitchen! Scott, with his design knowledge, created a design that was perfect. I knew he would include all the bells and whistles I wanted to make my kitchen a beautiful center to my home while being an efficient work space. The work was very organized and he kept me informed of the process all along. Randy was very kind and helpful, as well. Randy suggested special lighting at the lower part of my bar that was a nice added feature. I am completely pleased with the end result and would 100% recommend Bay Area Kitchens.

This was our second and by far largest experience with Bay Area Kitchens. Randy and his crew were knowledgeable and helpful at every stage of planning, ordering and installation. Beautiful Woodmode cabinets were custom matched with 30 year old originals. They were great when coordinating with suppliers and the other contractors, and gave even minor issues prompt and proper attention. I recommend them with highest marks. Yes, if I ever have cause to redo another kitchen I would insist on using them again.

The entire process of having Bay Are Kitchens measure, layout, design and provide drawings for my review was very pleasant. Randy was very understanding on my scheduling and financial constraints to achieve a very nice cabinetry design and layout for my new kitchen cabinetry. Worked closely with me to coordinate and schedule the cabinet installation since my kitchen was being gutted down to the studs, having new sheetrock installed, and having new flooring installed. Randy even worked with me to properly locate and install a 2"x4" header box for a through the wall exhausting vent-a-hood and proper placement of outlets. The craftsmanship and quality of the cabinets that Bay Area Kitchens provides is OUTSTANDING! I got exactly what I paid for.... beautiful, durable, and well made cabinets with more usable storage than the old built-in-place cabinets that got ripped out. The crew that did the cabinet installation and countertop installation were very thorough and made sure everything lined-up, was properly leveled, and even made a few adjustments to improve the placement. I would definitely recommend Bay Area Kitchens if a person wanted quality, long-lasting cabinets with an eye toward a semi-custom or custom design. I'm very happy I used Bay Area Kitchens rather than buying premade cheaper cabinets from the "blue-box" store or the orange-box" store.
