We worked with Rashid to design the renovation of a home built in the 1950s -- to convert it from a 1 story to a 2 story. From beginning to end, he was - Dedicated. Meticulous. Creative. Professional. Responsive. Whatever design issue arose or preferences we had, he had ideas to address them and we benefited from his many years of experience along the way. And we were not easy clients - we struggled to figure out what we really wanted. He gave us great advice and was patient with our indecisiveness! Don't hesitate to hire him! Even our contractor commented on how precise and excellent his plans were (apparently, that is not a given!). We highly recommend his architectural design services and would definitely hire him again.

My wife and I are building a home for the first time. Our contractor connected us with AG & Associates for our home plans. Rashid is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with during the design process. It takes a lot of back and forth with some large changes and mostly small changes, Rashid was very patient and diligent in understanding our needs and providing exactly what we were looking for. We recently had the pleasure of working with Rashid, of AG & Associates, on the design of our retirement home. Our pie shaped lot came with some difficult restrictions but Rashid met those challenges with ease. He was able to design a home that not only fit perfectly, but complimented our lot. Rashid listened to what we wanted (and didn't want) and designed a house plan accordingly. The advice he provided and his obvious knowledge and expertise made it easy to feel confident in his architectural skills. We looked forward to our meetings with a sense of fun and adventure and really enjoyed working with Rashid and watching our ideas come to fruition. I absolutely LOVED AG & Associates! Rashid is smart and kind. I know that might not seem important but when you are building your dream home it is because the whole process can be very daunting. Rashid LISTENED and took all of our thoughts and ideas to heart. He even went out to our sight and sat there to get a "feel" for our eventual home. He did this because we purchased an older lake home and needed to add on space (2 guest rooms and a large master suite). It was important to blend the old with the new and make it look like the new had always been there...it was very important that it did not look like an addition. He also redesigned the interior space of the old and added a wonderful outdoor space as well. Rashid did all this while staying within our budget (not drawing an over-the-top place that we would fall in love with but never be able to afford). Equally as important is his timely responses to questions and his timely delivery of the plans. We were within a very tight time frame and Rashid delivered. I cannot speak highly enough of AG & Associates. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
