We chose Rautmann homes to build our house after see another home built by them in the area. We were impressed by the quality, beauty and efficiency of that house. We were not disappointed in our own house. Chris Rautmann was so easy to work with, down to earth and responsive. All the contractors were neat and considerate and did quality work. I was able to come almost every day during during the building progress and see the work firsthand. We love our home and are so thankful to Rautmann homes for making it a reality!

We hired Rautmann Custom Homes to build our new house on 6.5 acres of wooded, raw land. We started with our own design incorporating many custom features and special requirements. Chris and his team took the design, improved upon it, and received all required construction permits. We broke ground in September 2016 and took occupancy in June 2017. The quality met or exceeded all our expectations and was delivered within the time frame promised and budget agreed upon. Rautmann Custom Homes and all subcontractors were top quality and a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier with the result and can unreservedly recommend Rautmann Custom Homes for your project.

We were new to the area, and when we asked about local builders Rautmann Custom Homes was mentioned again and again. Choosing Rautmann was the best decision we could have made. All facets of the experience - planning, designing, construction, completion – were excellent. We are first-time builders and had endless questions. Chris answered everything, and offered very valuable insights. Communication with Chris and Jennifer was great throughout. Every person Chris used – without exception – did absolutely top quality work. We stayed on schedule, and on budget. Our new home is gorgeous. We would use Rautmann again, no question. Wish we could give more than just 5 stars :-)

Chris Rautmann is a true professional and very knowledgeable of all aspects of construction. All building materials were high quality and the subcontractors displayed excellent craftsmanship. Rautmann committed to a schedule and completed the home on time. The trim carpenters and the painters were excellent, but then of course, the plumber, electrician, flooring, and cabinetry were excellent also, and all very professional. After we moved in, there were a few very minor cosmetic issues that Chris took care of immediately. After four months in our new home, we still find quality extras that are part of their standard construction procedures. A+

We are very happy with the design, level of detail, and quality of our new house; in fact Chris took the time to research and suggest many unique features that we ended up selecting. Absolutely amazing. Chris was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.went above and beyond giving us ideas as to where we could find fixtures for our house. He made sure that the contractors were on schedule or ahead and completed our house ahead of schedule. He also gave us an ample budget for finishes so that we weren't constantly going over budget, we wouldn't work with any other builder! His parade houses are fantastic ways to get ideas for your own home, not to mention to compare the quality you get with him vs the other builders. Rautmann homes definitely stand out as being the best.
