My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

And when you build your dream home with All Florida Custom Homes by John Raymer, that’s exactly what it means; I will be the person you will be working with from start to finish. I will not hand you off to a “project manager” or a “field supervisor”. It will be me directing every detail of construction from pouring the foundation to installing the last door knob. Raising two sons who want to follow in that tradition inspires me to leave a legacy of quality and satisfied clients for my sons to build on.

I can't say enough great things about John and his Crew. My husband and I had them do our remodel, and if we have any other projects in the future, they will be our first call. I would highly recommend them, they are truly a custom builder!

We obtained estimates from 4 contractors to do several upgrades and remodeling projects in our home. All provided very similar pricing and came with good referrals. The difference was that John Raymer also made several good recommendations to improve the outcome of the project - all that we’ve been very pleased and satisfied that we had incorporated into the project. We were so pleased with the quality of work and finished product that we retained John to add a FL room to our home which has become the favorite room in our home. John delivered on everything he said he would do - meeting costs, deadlines and professional service.

All Florida Custom Homes built our dream home in 2010 and has completed other projects for us as well. The projects are always on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. John and his team have a keen eye for design, provide expert guidance, and always a pleasure to work with. We have referred them to multiple friends and all have been extremely happy with the work. I highly recommend this team to anyone building or completing renovations.
