Equally impressive is the incredible team he has working alongside him. John Michael, Trevor and their trusted list of subcontractors were also professional, skilled, and reliable. Not only did they meet every deadline — they actually finished ahead of schedule, which still amazes us! One of the things we appreciated most about Todd was how carefully he managed the budget throughout the entire build. He was transparent, organized, and always proactive in making sure everything stayed within the agreed range—no surprises, just honest communication and thoughtful planning every step of the way. Beyond the craftsmanship and organization, what truly stands out is the relationship we built throughout the process. Reid Brothers helped us design and build our house on an extremely steep slope. We chose them because of their experience and architectural expertise in building homes similar to ours. We did not want to have any future issues with foundations cracking like we’ve seen from some other builders. The entire process went very smoothly and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We love our house and there’s very little that we would have done differently. My only suggestion is that Todd and John hire a design consultant to help clients throughout the decision-making process. I found that the hardest to manage confidently. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have them build you a home and would be happy to to show you around hours too.

Reed Brothers built our beautiful home! We had an issue with the lot before we decided to build and for two years we were unable to get anyone to resolve the problem. We asked Reed Brothers to evaluate the situation and they said, no problem, it can be done. We have never been happier! The house is so well constructed and we love the Reed Brothers. John Williams is awesome to work with as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Reed Brothers! This was our first fully custom home and we learned so much from this experience. Ron was great with organizing all that we had to pick out for the house. John has been very helpful as a superintendent checking on all items that had to be finished for closing. Reed Brothers are the complete package. Their attention to detail is terrific. I think their estimating process is refreshing and so important. Their subcontractors help to ensure a great quality product. Our build went relatively smooth despite the supply issues caused by the pandemic.

I am so happy we chose to work with the Reed Brothers. We have been in our new home for a few months now so can really appreciate all the details and careful craftsmanship that went into the process. Todd worked patiently with us to design our home on a challenging lake lot. And Ron took the design and executed every detail. I really appreciated their expertise and guidance throughout the process-big and small details: from placement of windows for maximum views, custom built ins to maximize space, unique swinging doors, layout and even just placement of light switches. Wonderful folks to work with—honest, thoughtful and thorough. Todd, Ron, and John Michael were all very professional and helpful. Todd’s design was thoughtful and just right for me. Everyone has been very available when I have had questions and clear about costs and budget. I felt very good building with Reed Brothers, and there were no unpleasant surprises. We had a few hiccups because of building during COVID and some shortages, but it all worked out for the best. If there was a problem, it was addressed. In fact, Reed Brothers completed my home project two months ahead of time! I am so happy with my home! It is beautiful and well made! I would definitely recommend this team. They stand by their work.

From beginning to end and even after the job is finished, Todd and Ron are professional and extremely qualified. They made the building process stress-free!
