Honest, Honest, and Honest. We couldn't be more pleased with Cliff's work and creation for our amazing home for my daughter and granddaughter. This project went without a hitch. Inspections were passed with ease. He knew to order things in advance so they were in when needed. He has a cabinet maker who did excellent work for us. His subcontractors were the best. Everyone put in a honest days work from the electrician, plumber, painter, plaster and flooring. Everyone who we show the house to tell how impressed and lovely it is. We are most proud of the house and my girls are enjoying it fully. I recommend this gentleman fully. You will not be disappointed. He has a calm manner, a good relationship with the city. He is on time and reliable. We stayed in our budget and got a beautiful, quality home that we will love for years. Thank you Cliff for all you did for us. We saying Thank you just seems to simple. Hired Reidhead Development pre-COVID to build a custom home and pool/spa and in a challenging location with a lot of rocks/slopes to work around. We have been very impressed with the overall results and couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Reidhead Development. We have already recommended this company to other friends/family and will continue to do so if anyone is in need of their services. All throughout the project the communication has been timely, clear and professional. Cliff has walked us through every step of this process and been very patient with us as we knew nothing going into this adventure and asked alot of "dumb" questions along the way. As of today, I will be moving into my home in a month and my friend is hiring Reidhead Development to finish after his contractor was fired and they are now 3-6 months behind. I have used Reidhead Development for projects around my home. I am always given a few options on how to proceed with a project along with the estimated cost per option. I am updated if any delays occur and finish dates are always pretty close the the estimated completion date. I find this company very easy to work with and would highly recommend their services.

We hired Reidhead Development to build a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on our property and we couldn't be happier with the result. Since we didn't have any experience with this type of construction, it was especially helpful to have a contractor like Cliff to guide us through the entire process. Cliff spent several months prior to construction working very closely with us, the architect, and City building officials to help ensure that the design of the ADU would meet the special needs of our handicapped elderly parent. Once construction started, Cliff was on-site almost every day, and sometimes even on the weekend, doing the work himself or overseeing the work of his subcontractors. I'm very particular, so Cliff always consulted me when even the smallest decisions needed to be made, to make sure things were the way I wanted them. I'm also detail oriented so Cliff always explained what was being done and why. Cliff is a genuinely nice guy who is honest, professional, knowledgeable, flexible, patient, reasonable, reliable, responsive and thoughtful. I used Reidhead Development for my recent 500sf addition and the complete remodel for 3500sf with high-end stuff. Cliff did a great job, start to end it was an easy and very professional relationship.
