Allie came strongly recommended by my realtor to handle the design on two major residential renovations in North Center. As an out of state investor, I needed someone I could trust with selections of color and finishes that would not only enhance value and sell quickly, but not break the budget. Allie vastly exceeded all expectations on professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, attention to detail, personality and communication. I literally could not have done these projects without her. She very thoughtfully chose colors and finishes on flooring, trim, cabinets, doors, hardware, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures. In addition, she also gave thoughtful input on the layout during the architectural phase. Allie did a superb job communicating with our GC and keeping things on track. She made herself available on weekends for meetings and walkthroughs, and was extremely helpful during the final stages by having a very organized method of completing the final walk through and punch list. Her work speaks for itself: in a neighborhood where housing was sluggish, one of our / her projects sold with less than a week on the market, and the other had two offer BEFORE hitting the market. I would recommend Allie without any hesitation.

Allie Prosch has done an excellent job of listening to what we want then adding her insight and creativity to push us into a stellar space. Her sense of color is exceptional.
