I recently purchased a home that had an open concept of three different areas. The kitchen, living room and dining area. I needed help bringing these three spaces into a cohesive design. Cami Peloza (founder of Design Remix Co) helped me achieve this design. The end product was beautiful. I never would have been able to achieve this esthetic on my own. Cami was very easy and fun to work with. She was always ready to help find a solution when something was not working correctly. Cami was also genuinely excited to see new photos I would send her with updates on the interior. I also found her to be extremely responsive. Would definitely hire her again.

We have a bit of a craftsman style house in West Seattle and we wanted to remodel our main floor (kitchen, dining room, living room) to be much more modern and up-to-date. But we didn't want to have the new spaces be completely at odds with the rest of the house. We were stumped. But then, though a mutual friend, we were introduced to Cami and Remix design. Cami visited with us, listened to what we wanted, and came up with a fantastic design. Truly exceptional. She followed us through the construction process as well, dropping in every few weeks. We couldn't have higher praise for Cami and Remix. Look at what she came up with!

I have wanted to remodel my kitchen and open it up to the living room / dining room area for the 8 years I’ve lived in my house! I had some ideas about my style and what I wanted but no idea how to put it all together into a cohesive plan that I could hand off to my contractor. Enter Cami Peloza of Remix Design Co. She met with me, got a sense of my style, how I wanted the kitchen to function, colors I liked and didn’t like, and presented me with three beautifully intentional and different design approaches. We worked together to revise and finalize the design and she gave me a very thorough, easy to follow plan that was ready to hand off for construction. She was with me every step of the way and thought through all the details so I didn’t have to. Cami made the design process fun and easy, and even helped out with last minute questions once we were under construction. After 15 years of a dysfunctional kitchen, we finally decided to remodel and re-organize the space. Cami was hugely instrumental in helping us see the potential. She was with us every step of the process, has a keen eye for color, materials, and layout, and was so patient as we weighed what would work best for our family. We had a great experience and highly recommend her services!

Cami was absolutely wonderful to work with! We embarked on our first ever home renovation project that turned out to be quite large. We hired Cami of Remix Design Co to help us design 2 bathrooms - kid's and primary - and our kitchen; we also had Cami consult on our exterior home color. Cami was so easy to work with and was available for many many follow-up questions/texts I had during our renovation process. Cami really listened to what we wanted and offered a range of ideas and helped us fine-tune our vision. She was creative throughout the process so we could find the designs that best suited our needs. Cami really listened to the many items on our wishlist - blue bathtub in the primary bathroom, lots of storage, a casual eating/dining/lounge space with minimal bar seating, a fun bath for kids that doesn't feel too childish - and helped us achieve a look we were happy with that is functional and smart. The spaces all feel unique but related and set the tone for the rest of our home. We plan to live with our spaces for years to come and Cami helped us to create spaces that feel fresh and classic and contemporary. I'll also add, our contractors found Cami's designs easy to follow. They had a couple questions of clarification during the process and Cami was always very responsive and communicative, helping us to troubleshoot as needed (e.g., items being out of stock). Cami allowed us to have a vision but we also relied on her expertise and suggestions to pull everything together. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Cami in the future for any other projects we take on. We just moved back into our home and feel so blessed that we found Cami. We cannot believe this is our home and we look forward to making memories in these spaces for years to come.

Cami was outstanding to work with in redesigning our 2 Bathrooms and Master Closet! Fantastic consultative experience throughout the design and materials selection process. She was responsive, listened to well to what we were looking for and brought in many excellent materials choices for us to choose from. When we had to fire our original contractor during the middle of the remodel project, Cami stepped in to work with our new contractor free of charge to ensure he understood the design, help reorder missing materials, and ultimately finish with exactly what we had hoped for!

We enlisted Cami's help in designing a kitchen makeover. We had an idea of what we wanted, but needed help with ensuring our choices worked with our space. Cami is very professional (prompt, reliable, dignified, and full of ideas/suggestions). From start to finish, Cami stayed on top of our project, reached out with additional ideas, and had EXCELLENT communication and organization. Her drawings and specs were easy to access, read, and refer to. They translated perfectly to the contractor, leaving nothing uncertain or undecided. Her design choices were excellent! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I am a person who knows what she likes when she sees it, but does not know exactly how to pull it all together and utilize space. To the rescue came Cami Peloza, owner of Remix Design! Cami is an immensely talented interior designer. She is a keen listener, collaborator, perfectionist, and the right temperament to steer me away from my crazy ideas with diplomacy and professionalism. We spoke openly about budget, her contract is upfront, easy to understand with no surprises. Her communication is timely, responsive, and clear in writing and verbally. She first interviewed me about my vision for bedroom design and what vibe that vision evokes. I saw her talents rights away during the first step of color selection which was a dark, rich, warm chocolate brown for the bedroom. (I love this color but would have no idea of next steps!) The stage had been set to create a peaceful, inviting, relaxing bedroom with soft lighting. She created multiple designs, we modified together, and the end result is a gorgeous bedroom that matched the vibe I wanted. I absolutely love the end results! I will not proceed forward without Cami on any design project. She saved me time and money on endless hours of researching products and running to a variety of stores. I am excited to work with Cami on the next project of the dining and living room!

I am continually amazed with Cami's creativity and thinking outside the box with space and design. She has helped us pick out finishes for our bathroom (I love it!), helped draw out plans for our huge deck and is not going to help us design our backyard (have you seen her yard?? I have!). She is also very budget conscious and spends time finding amazing things to fit your budget that don't look like they would! Cami is exceptionally good at what she does. Hard to refer her to others, because I need her in my back-pocket at all times!

Cami at Remix was a delight to work with. She did an excellent job of listening to what we were aiming for, understanding how we use our space, and providing gorgeous options and suggestions within our budget. Post-remodel, our space feels like “us,” while being both timeless and unique. HIGHLY recommend!

We were stuck on our DIY bathroom remodel until Remix stepped in to help. Their input was invaluable in coming up with a beautiful and functional master bathroom design, with many details that we never would have thought of on our own. Scheduling meetings was easy and our designer was responsive to our communications.
