Working with Robert and his team has been such a positive experience and we were extremely satisfied. We were in need of having the exterior of house painted, so we contacted Robert. Robert referred us to Carlos Maldonado who gave us a fair price and provided great detail to get the best outcome for the work. He maintained excellent communication, providing regular updates on the progress and also made a few good recommendations on color and placement. Carlos and Raul were professional, courteous and were a pleasure to have at our home each day. In addition, we also want to thank Jose Luis for the placement of the additional exterior lighting to our home. Robert Menchaca and his team at Remodel Experts are consummate professionals and a pleasure to work with. Robert provided a clear and concise estimate for the work to be done, clearly itemizing tasks and material costs and providing what seemed to me to be an aggressive schedule. He worked with me to adjust both the budget and the start date, due to some last minute architectural changes. From that point forward, his team was on it. The job progressed from trade to trade seamlessly almost without pause; all the while accommodating my family and our pets as we continued to live and work in the home. To an individual, everyone on Robert's team was personable, was skilled in their work, and showed up when they were supposed to. The results were excellent. As to the aggressive schedule: we were so happy with Remodel Experts, we contracted with them on-the-fly to do additional work. Adjustments were made, and they very nearly completed both the initial effort and the additional remodeling within the original schedule.

These guys went above and beyond from beginning to end. They did a beautiful job on my bathroom, bedroom & closet remodel, flooring. This is our second time working with Robert and his crew. Another excellent job completed. We had our entire house re-piped with PEX, then re-painted. The crew was on time, professional, pleasant to have in our home, and very respectful of our floors and furniture. They took care to make sure nothing was damaged while they worked. This is the 2nd time I had Robert and his team help me with a renovation. Unfortunately I had another plumbing leak and I did not hesitate to call Robert. I wouldn't trust anyone else for the job, especially since plumbing is just something I didn't want to compromise. He renovated 2 bathrooms for me - starting with framing and insulation to tiling a new shower, tub surround, new plumbing, fixtures, toilets, everything! All in about 2 weeks! Robert and his team are very respectful and actually care to build a relationship. They are good people with excellent work ethic. They come to work with a smile and leave with a smile no matter how long or hard their day was. I love the professionalism, easy communication, and flexibility. Robert and his team helped me with a full 2,000 sq ft interior remodel that included the kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, adding a demising wall for a new walk in closet and a new bedroom. I work in the design and construction industry, and I could confidently say that he works with integrity and professionalism. His provided a thorough and timely bid, and his costs are aligned with the end product and quality that I expected. Robert and his team also provide good communication throughout and his team works hard and are flexible with changes in the field. His pricing for change orders are also reasonable, and as of now, even though my project has been completed for over 6 months, he continues to answer my texts/calls to address misc minor issues. I am very happy with Robert's work.

We were very pleased with the quality of work that was done! Our new stone countertops are beautiful. The backsplash goes with the new countertops perfectly! The workmanship of the stone was superb. The backsplash tile installation looks wonderful!! We appreciated the pre-prep work to protect our floors and existing interior. The plumber did a super job! All of the workers were polite, cordial and friendly.

I can't thank Robert and his team enough! Renovating is always stressful, but Robert definitely made it easy and enjoyable. I received multiple quotes to restore my bathroom and bedrooms due to a water leak and Robert was the most thorough and detailed so there were no surprises. I had to delay my project for 4 months due to some personal issues and Robert was very accommodating. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Robert let me know what was happening each day and was able to work around my schedule. He was always happy to change or add things as the remodel went along. Remodel Experts helped us with a loft conversion and two small bathroom remodels. Overall, they did a great job and I would work with them again. They made sure to communicate effectively and ultimately they stuck to their initiative timeline. PROJECT: DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM REMODEL Expanded a small square 36x36 shower to 45x40 size borrowing space from a hallway closet on the other side of the wall. Shower drain was relocated, but the toilet and dual faucet plumbing remained in place. Custom dual vanity was built. Single recessed light installed above shower head. Flooring was replaced throughout. Standard toilet was replaced with toilet with bidet that needed electrical. OVERALL: EXCELLENT Robert and Remodel Experts were GREAT TO WORK WITH!! We have ALREADY recommended them to our friends and family, and will CONTINUE to recommend them to friends and family. OUR EXPERIENCE: EXCELLENT Robert and the team are PATIENT and HONEST. They offered recommendations in areas of expertise, but left the design concepts to us. We were quite undecisive throughout the process, yet felt NO PRESSURE to make decisions for the most part, except for maybe a few instances were were under a subcontractors deadline. We were unhappy with a few items and Robert made sure to correct them before moving forward. CONSTRUCTION/FRAMING: EXCELLENT I am no framing expert, but the job looked very thorough and solid. They expanded the shower walls and patched and repaired the hallway closet that we borrowed space from. CUSTOM CABINETRY: EXCELLENT Robert's cabinet contractor allowed us to come up with some ideas, and ultimately he made it come to life. He created a custom 77 inch wide vanity for dual sink set up. In between sink cabinets was an enclosed, pull out clothes hamper. Excellently made from White Oak. TILE WORK: VERY GOOD From the entire remodel, there were only less than a handful of items related to the fit & finish. These items just so happened to be from Robert's tiling subcontractor. Subcontractor worked fast (seemingly too fast), but was efficient. We called out a few items to adjust, redo. Subcontractor seemed grumpy to return and make adjustments. I was told it is impossible to get it just right, which made us feel like we were being too nit-picky. However, I felt we were paying a lot of $$ so we MUST get it right. Robert did his best to manage the situation. 1. Inconsistent spacing in some areas of the hexagon shower tiles 2. Drain installed slightly askew 3. Chipped subway tile (repaired/covered up) on shower niche surround PLUMBING: NO ISSUES In the 4 months we have used the bathroom, there have been ZERO ISSUES with plumbing, structures, durability. We are thoroughly satisfied with our experience and the final results of this remodel. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ROBERT AND REMODEL EXPERTS FOR YOUR NEXT HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.

Robert Menchaca and his team went above and beyond on our kitchen, staircase and linen cabinets remodel. The work performed by each of his professionals was absolutely top notch. Robert is outstanding in his communication and always made certain that our project stayed on track to the very end, so much so that everything was completed inside of six weeks. If you are considering this type of work in your home, make certain that you line up your new appliances, sink, plumbing fixtures, etc. because those are the things that can cause the most delays. Then do yourself a favor and hire the Remodel Experts and you will experience the best of what a contractor can do. I emphatically give Robert Menchaca my highest recommendation. Robert (GC), Michael (plumber), Memo (electrician), Joshua (carpenter & jack-of-all trades), Carlos (painter), David (framer), Eduardo (all things heavy), Mario (wood flooring), Hermes (gorgeous cabinet maker) Jose (countertops) and others. These guys are hard working, are really good at their trades and overall sweethearts! We added 200 sq. ft. to our kitchen during COVID. We went through some tough price hikes which was shocking but Robert is trustworthy and honest and did everything he could to make us happy. He completed everything we asked for and completed on time. I will post pictures of our beautiful addition as soon as my appliances come in. Ordered in May 2021 and still no large items in warehouse as of December 1st. These guys are great to work with and I highly recommend Remodel Experts, Inc.

I cannot say enough good things about Remodel Experts and their boss Robert Menchaca! We completed a full remodel of our house in the midst of Covid and even with supply delays industry wide they managed to get the project done in a timely matter and the finished project exceeded our expectations. They were kind, courteous, diligent, hardworking, professional and oh so talented! We, along with our designer, came up with some crazy ideas that I don't think they were always excited about :) but nevertheless they made it happen! They worked tirelessly to make our vision a reality and when something didn't match up to our expectations they fixed it, no questions asked! We are absolutely in love with our home. The very best part of working with them was that we even ended the project as friends and we look forward to working with them on any and all projects we need in the future!

Robert was honest and did not try to upsell us on anything. My condo was updated nearly 4 years ago in summer of 2017. The work that Robert and his team did is still looking great. He remodeled 3 bathrooms, floors, closets, canned ceiling lights, and painting/repair of all the walls/ceilings. The only part I didn't like was the floors which was actually done by a subcontractor team and it was my choice for the vinyl planks. The home was very difficult to level and I would have paid extra to have that done. The vinyl planks made it easy to notice imperfections on the subfloor. Should have picked hardwood. I'm very happy with everything else that was done by the core team at Remodel Experts. The plumbing and drywall/trim work was the highlight for me. For future customers, just be a little patient and don't rush the work. My wife made changes along the process and Robert accommodated every one of them. The team was punctual, starting at 7am every day except for Sunday. Yes, I will call them again for future work.

Quality, Honesty, and respect are few things you can expect from Robert and the crew. We hired them to add a room, which involved electricity, paint, woodwork, flooring job. They completed the project ahead of schedule with the type of quality that I haven't seen contractors deliver. They didn't cut any corners when buying quality material or time to do the wiring incorrectly way. We would love to hire them again for future projects. We did a major renovation on our Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry Room, fireplace, floors, stairway railings and window replacements. This was our first remodel experience and given the pandemic we were nervous. Robert and his team stepped in and helped us elevate our design and took it to the next level. From the get go we discussed the process and began the transformation. Robert was professional and as was his team. He won the bid the because he communicated with us from the get go. We weren't passed around or ignored. Roberts team is the "Dream Team". His cabinet team did a phenomenal job on the cabinets in our kitchen, Bar, laundry room and bathroom. We went with the shaker style. They are sturdy and have a luxurious feel to it. He even recreated a customer Mantle for us based on a picture we saw on Pinterest. From there the Railings team created sturdy and elegant stairway railings that really tied the entire house together. The floors came out great, with the nice flow through throughout the house. There is a lot that goes into a remodel, lots of details. Robert and his team were patient and helped us create a beautiful yet elegant space. Attention details were always there (e.g., bathroom sink fixtures, mirror in the bathroom, tv on wall etc.). Everything was hand built and custom made. Perhaps this is our favorite aspect of the remodel. A big shout out to Michael, Jose, Eduardo and the rest of the crew. We appreciate your time and work.

The team was punctual everyday while on the project. I was always informed as to what was next or happening. I appreciated how well they cleaned up at the end of every day while in construction as well. Both my husband and I were pleased with the outcome and would use them again for any future projects down the road.

Working with Robert was a great experience. . His crew is excellent. Framers, plumber, electricians, carpenters, etc. ALL fantastic and professionals. Very timely work. Robert and his team at Remodel Experts created the perfect kitchen for us. Every day when I walk in to the room I still get a little jump of excitement. The work they have done deserves to be in one of those fancy redecorating magazines and we couldn’t be happier. We trusted Remodel Experts to upgrade our master bathroom and build a new upstairs deck off the master bedroom. Shortly after meeting Robert Menchaca, I knew he was the right contractor for the job. He understood what we wanted and our budget. We enjoyed working with all of his staff. They were incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Robert did a great job with our remodel. He came out and walked the job before quoting it. His bid was both competitive and the most detailed we received. Remodel Experts, Inc. just finished our kitchen remodel and Robert and his team did such a fantastic job! My husband and I purchased our house about a year ago and knew that our first big project would be the kitchen. We interviewed about six different contractors and although Robert wasn't the cheapest, he was the one that we trusted the most to carry out our vision. My husband and I basically had an idea in mind for blue cabinets and with gold accents and Robert immediately understand exactly how we envisioned the kitchen and executed the idea out so beautifully. He was great about communicating everything and keeping us updated on the progress. His team was also very skilled and paid great attention to detail. The project took about three months and was so worth it. We had a July 4th party recently with over 20 people and the first thing everyone commented on was how gorgeous the kitchen was. We are beyond thrilled with our remodel and would recommend Robert to all of our friends.

We hired Robert and his team to remodel our entire house. That was one of the best decision we made. Robert, Michael and their entire crew was great from the start to finish. Very professional, easy to work and adopted changes with ease. According to Robert, this was one of the largest project they did. We performed a home remodel with Robert and his team at Remodel Experts after being referred to him by our interior designer. He and his team have shown some of the best work ethics and in fact performed our almost $50,000 renovations work finishing it within 5 weeks instead of the initial 8 week estimate! He could coordinate multiple members of his strong team to finish the work. There were 1-2 issues with some minor work, but the moment I told him about it, he immediately took action, and rectified the issues right away without any delays. Also, he is someone who is quite humble, and had a great personality that I could work with. We had got bids from some of the top rated contractors, but many contractors refused to do 1-2 complex stuff that we wanted for the ceilings, some others said they couldn’t do some other details we needed, but he came back with a yes to everything we wanted, and surprisingly his prices were the most reasonable among everyone. Today, I am able to move into my new home about 1 month earlier because of his and his teams hard work and efforts. They did come very early in the morning, and sometimes worked until very late to get the job done!...and have even worked some Sundays! I have no regrets in hiring him again in the future when I need any sort of work done ever again. If you’re looking for the best quality work, timely responsiveness, excellent person to deal with and some very very hard workers, who are some of the best, get this company and you will be delighted in every possible way with the outcome.

My wife said to me, "I want white kitchen cabinets". That was the beginning of our remodel. New or painted cabinets grew to an entire remodel of our entire downstairs. Maria and I got bids from and interviewed 3 different contractors AND we also asked our friends who they would recommend. After all was said and done we selected Robert Menchaca and Remodel Experts, Inc. We give Robert and his ever courteous, professional and talented staff an A+. They were always on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and did their best to minimize the inconvenience on our lives and always did a fantastic job. We took bids from three contractors and liked what we saw in Remodel Experts, but the encouraging recommendations from three of our friends who'd worked with Robert and his team clinched it. Our project was the remodeling of our kitchen; keeping the same footprint but gutting the cabinetry, countertops, sink and backsplash. I interviewed 3 contractors And decided to hire Remodel experts to add 1 car onto my existing 2 car garage. The work entailed landscape removal, foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, stucco, window, drywall, roofing, brickwork, finish trim, and a new driveway. The project started when Robert the owner said it would start. His team was hard working and out front before 7am every morning. They were pleasant, helpful, skilled and hardworking. I was pleased to find that all these trades were part of Roberts crew, he wasn’t subbing the work out, which help keep the price in line. Most of the guys that work for him could do more then one thing and do it well. They finished the job way ahead of schedule and I get compliments from my neighbors on how good it looks. I would and will hire Robert and his crew without hesitation. Highly recommended.

We hired Remodel Experts, Inc. to change and install all of our flooring for 4 bathrooms. The contractor, Robert Menchaca was extremely knowledgeable, patient and courteous with my husband and I and all of our questions. He was there from the beginning, the crew was always on time and ready to work and they even finished the job before the time allocated. They have a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of craftsman. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. Given my budget and their reasonable price, they managed to provide us with exactly what we asked of them. We are completely satisfied and our bathrooms look amazing! Robert Menchaca and his team did a GORGEOUS and full gut remodel of our home. The initial process of finding a GC was daunting. We interviewed and received several bids from more than TEN GC's before making our selection. To THIS DAY, we count our lucky stars that we made the right decision. He was the last person we interviewed and we knew IMMEDIATELY that Robert was our Man. We are not talking merely about quality 'construction'. We are also talking about INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONALISM at the HIGHEST LEVEL. The RARE work ethic of showing up on time and doing one's level best. Robert and his team were fantastic from start to finish, from initial detailed quote, sticking to their schedule, leaving as clean of a worksite as possible every night, constant communication, detail oriented with their work and leaving us with a beautiful end product, our remodeled kitchen. Robert and Michael are true professionals and nailed every aspect of concern for us, they even finished our massive remodel two and a half weeks sooner than quoted and didn't cut any corners or details at all to accomplish our job. We contacted Robert on recommendation of a friend and immediately found him to be friendly, honest and reliable. These are rare qualities these days. We did a large remodel consisting of a complete kitchen remodel, converting a third floor sun room into an exterior deck, entry way, and master bath. The crew showed up on time and did a meticulous job. If something didn't come out the way we hoped or anticipated they always worked with us to make the change immediately. I was thrilled with the remodel Robert and his team did on my mother's condo! The goal was to make all the rooms accessible should limited mobility become a challenge in the future. In the bathroom that meant taking it down to the studs. We “borrowed” 18” from the walk-in closet and installed a curbless shower with a bench and linear drain. Robert is someone that isn’t afraid to think “outside the box.” He also is honest enough to tell you when he doesn’t think something will work. I found him to be very responsive throughout the entire project. He also has a very calming manner. Let’s face it – remodels can be stressful! I hired Robert and his crew. They couldn't be more truthful, trustworthy or reliable. They showed up when they said they would. They completed the job in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up after themselves every night, which made the remodeling a little easier to deal with. Every member of his crew were wonderful and extremely polite to my 80 year old disabled mother. The bathroom was for her and Robert made sure everything was to our specifications. Before she couldn't use the old fiberglass shower, now thanks to Remodel Experts I can't keep her out of there.
