I highly recommend Remodel Magic. We initially hired Remodel Magic to renovate two apartments, the job was well done (high quality) and within the quoted timeframe. They did such a good job that we asked them to renovate the rest of the house. It was a pleasure working with the Remodel Magic team. They are very responsive. Any questions or concerns we had was addressed immediately. Alex, Robert, Maia and Mr Yip are great people and wonderful to work with. We would definitely be working with them in the future for all our renovations.

I expected much more professionalism than what i have been met with. Don't hire this company. I wanna give them 0 rating.

Remodel Magic is the best contractor we've ever worked with. We had them design and then remodel our master bathroom, including adding a new tub and shower. We also removed our old shower and converted it to built-in drawers. We started with Alex who helped us choose new hardware and helped lay out the design. Alex had tons of great ideas, and he really understood what we wanted. We are so grateful for everything he did for us. We were presented with a detailed project scheduled. Day after day we watched the design into a wonderful reality. The workers on the project were classy; they arrived when they said and listened when we had questions or issues. I hired Remodel Magic to remodel two bathrooms and do a minor remodel of my kitchen in my new (to me!) house. We're very happy with the results! Alex was always on the ball, had clear communication on when I was needed and for what. Customer satisfaction really is very important to Remodel Magic, and Alex went the extra mile for us many times to make sure any hiccups (supplier delays, mostly) were resolved quickly and painlessly. The change order process was super easy, and they were always super fast in getting us competitive bids for additional scope of work, The quality of the finished work is very high. I feel like my bathrooms are in a 5-diamond hotel! (In a good way).

We had a wonderful experience with Robert at Remodel Magic for our bathroom remodel! This was my first chance doing any type of remodel and I really needed someone who would walk me through the steps and who was easy to communicate with. Robert was always available by text and email. He was SUPER clear and upfront about what he would do and what we would need to do and what everything would cost. There were no surprises. I really liked the workers that he hired to come into our home too. The final product is really beautiful and I would definitely hire Robert again for a future remodel....!!!

I very happy with Remodel Magic and definitely recommend them. I've used them on two projects now and I'd use them again. My first project was a about three years ago and included a variety of things from a bathroom & kitchen remodel to building a cedar trellis. After living with the work they did with no problems showing up in their workmanship, I was happy to contact them again when remodeling my new house. Remodel Magic just finished a remodel of my hall bathroom. Alex, Robert and the team did an excellent job from start to finish! Whatever concern I had during the job, they were always responsive and exceeded my expectations. From the start, they was always clear communication of what was being done for each phase of the project so that I knew what to expect. They covered my wood floor and put up plastic to keep the area clean while the project was being done. The tile, electric and plumbing subs were awesome and exceeded expectations. I would defiantly recommend Remodel Magic for your next bathroom remodel...!!!!

They did a complete remodel of our home, adding over 400 square feet, adding 1.5 bathrooms, completely re-doing the kitchen, adding an office, re-configuring the bedrooms, remodeling every bathroom, and completely re-doing the front and back yards. We have been putting off renovating our bathroom. Until something broke and could not put it off anymore. Now with beautiful new bathrooms we wondered why we waiting so long! Robert, our project manager and his team did an amazing job with the 2 bathrooms, barn door install and window replacements. Gone is the outdated, decades old fixtures - in with the bright and modern design. Robert is very responsive and helped us tremendously with the materials and what types of items would work well in the space. His team definitely went above and beyond with this project. Will def use them again...:::}}}}}

Remodel Magic is great and I especially enjoyed working with Robert, who as the project manager was our primary point of contact. I used Remodel Magic for a contemporary kitchen remodel. They stayed on top of things and were very prompt in lining up additional help, on my request, for extra (unscored) items that came up during the remodel. I had also subcontracted few items out to third parties, like custom cabinet and counter top installation, and I found Remodel Magic to be very flexible and accommodating, to reschedule things due to delays associated with the other parties. Remodel Magic is a great team player!!!
