Renew it Decks

Renew It did a wonderful job replacing our old wood deck! Brandon and Stephen did all the work, and were great about answering questions and giving feedback about design. They were prompt and cleaned up each evening, even worked on some weekends. They had a permit delay in another project and were able to start in our deck earlier than scheduled. From start to finish it was about three weeks total. Communication from the office was great. We’re really, really happy with our new deck and I’m so glad we chose them to do the work.

The team in Charlevoix was phenomenal from design, to installation to completion. The communication was excellent, the service impeccable and the outcome stunning. We highly recommend this team.

Our 2nd class paneled deck from Renewit. We did the second property because we loved the first property glass paneled deck so much and wanted to open up the deck view. Both places have million dollar views. Even the dog loves it. Very easy people to work with. Communication in the planning stages is top notch.

Renew it replaced our front deck and stairs and did an amazing job. The WOLF PVC decking looks great and we added a handrail as well. Tavis installed most of the job (with help from Andy) and he was a true professional. He found wood rot where the old deck hit the house and was able to repair this as well. What a great team to work with! I would highly recommend Renewit.

Renew It recently completed a new deck build on my home and my family and I are ecstatic! From submitting the first inquiry via their website to checking-in after completion, we can only praise the entire team and process. We had an initial estimate in hand quickly, and Dustin worked with us to continue to customize the entire project to our liking and budget. They handled the permit process, keeping us informed the entire way through to the day the build started. Watching the deck come together was fascinating and impressive. J was working on our project and he was a machine. His attention to detail was impeccable, and he worked through some very hot days. He was a true craftsman, and the final product shows. We cannot recommend Renew It enough, you will be very happy with your investment!

They were always on time and worked a full day …even some Saturdays when needed. Always cleaned up every day. Happy to engage the customer and eager to please. We recently replaced our large deck with Renewit Decks and Outdoor Living and were very pleased with our experience from planning and design through deconstruction and rebuild. We were guided through the available products and design with information we needed to make a sound decision for our needs. The equipment trailer and Porta-potti were delivered when we were told to expect them. The workers showed up at 8am and worked all day through cold, rain, and snow. At the end of each day they left the worksite neat and tidy. They moved the hot tub off the old deck and replaced it on the new deck. The job was completed in a timely manner and at the price we were quoted. We feel like this beautiful new deck has added to the value of our home and will be enjoyed for our lifetime. Probably the best company I had ever dealt with! I started my deck removal and replacement by spending a year and a half researching materials, construction techniques and builder's work. I even sketched a 3D rendering with precise measurements. This is unnecessary when using reNewit, although it was nice to understand deck building jargon. Dustin Hart knows the deck industry and when he initially visited, he explained the process completely and had us thinking of deck possibilities we had not thought of. Dustin suggested better materials at no additional cost and after some phone discussions, rendered a better 3D schematic. Joe Hayes took over the construction and kept me informed of the progress. In any construction, unforeseen decisions have to be made and Joe would call me and explain the way forward with options. I always chose his solution, it has proven to be the best. One of Joe's best decisions was to appoint Jay and his crew to do the work. I could bestow many accolades for this man, too numerous for this review. I'll just say, Jay it was nice to have met you, thanks for the perfect deck! All of reNewit's members that I met or talked with were excellent. So, if you want a deck that looks like the pictures in the fancy magazines, then call reNewit.

We are extremely satisfied and excited about our new deck. The process has been exact in the design, detail of materials and timing for completion of the project. Communication before commencement of the work, updates during construction and follow up upon completion to see if we were totally satisfied was excellent.
