First of all it’s not mentioned to install 42” lazy in the corner cabinet before cabinet installation. Second, the adjustment system is archiac and hit or miss. Third, the base mounting hardware hits the bottom of doors, requiring bottom door gap big enough to drive a truck thru. Fourth, check the template closely as I received two Susan’s and both had the same wrong base mounting template. Called distributor and still did not receive correct template. Customer service was rude and condescending. Tried emailing regional representative with no luck. Stay away from 42” lazy Susan’s and I will not be purchasing any of their products in the future.

The products are well made and sturdy, but I have never encountered such rude customer service. The woman to whom i spoke was curt, condescending and had no interest in listening, only talking.
