Revision LLC

We interviewed three builders and went with Revision for our whole-home remodel. Of the three, Revision was not the cheapest nor the most expensive quote we received. I found it interesting that another builder we were interviewing stated that Revision/Stonewood had a great tool they used to track budget and the project. Hearing that from another member of the builder community without prompting (this builder did not know we were interviewing Revision) was an auspicious start. I work in finance and naturally gravitate toward that side of the project, and while there were a few changes during the process as the whole scope became clarified, once the budget was set they were pretty spot on. There weren't huge swings or overages that make up horror stories. Once we committed, they sent our rough plans to their draftsman and we were able to get going. We are so thankful we chose John and his team. There was consistent communication, attention to our emotions (in these whole-home projects there are a lot of emotions!) and the finest workmanship. Chris, our project manager, was an absolute stickler for quality and has a true client-centric mindset. We are a *tiny* bit high-strung, but Chris, has been a dream. He has accommodated every request, been punctual with everything, and his communication is constant and relevant. The project was completed on time and within our budget. I am glad we trusted Revision with this once-in-a-lifetime event. I love my home so much now I cannot imagine ever renovating again, but if I did I would choose Revision once again, ten times out of ten.

We couldn't have been more happy with the outcome of our project and adore every unique touch that was so thoughtfully incorporated.

Revision LLC has an excellent reputation for their work and recently helped me on a project by providing their valuable pre-construction estimating services. These services are extremely helpful for clients to understand a project budget prior to completing the architectural and interior design. Revision LLC uses an open-book platform that itemizes all of the work so you know what's included in the scope of services. This process allows for "value engineering" prior to completion of the final design and final construction bids to ensure that a project comes in on budget. I highly recommend Revision LLC and look forward to working with them on future full-scale renovation projects.
