Wayne and the team did an outstanding job with the first phase of our renovation project. The staff were all courteous and professional. The level of craftsmanship was high. We intend to have Wayne and the crew back for each phase of our renovation. We are very happy!

He was great at communicating if there were any changes or issues and did his best to keep us on budget and timeline, despite the challenges with materials and shipping post-Covid. Although it was a long process, we couldn't be more pleased with how our new bedroom, bathroom, closet, and laundry room turned out! It's exactly how we imagined it! Wayne recently completed an upstairs bedroom and bathroom addition for us. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We have used Reyner Construction several times and plan on using him again for future remodels.

Wayne handled a whole house renovation for us including a kitchen, four bathrooms, full paint, lighting, updated electrical and more. He was very helpful through the whole process and was a wonderful communicator. He stayed on budget and on time. We have used him for several other projects and I have recommended him to others who have used him as well.

I've been hearing since always that redoing any room of the house is a total pain but not so with Wayne. You can't find a more professional, nice, honest person. It was my first reno and he walked me through the process patiently. He provided me with excellent resources for choosing all the things I needed and kept me in the loop about timing throughout. We're already planning another reno with him soon.

A total renovation of the master bathroom was done. Everything from new flooring lighting fixtures and paint. Reyner Constuction was professional flexible and good at problem solving.

Our project was renovation of 2 bathrooms and replacement of 3 doors in a semi-finished basement. Reyner Construction was respectful and responsive to our concerns and requests. Process was very positive.

Reyner Construction remodeled our family’s master and guest bathroom. The work done by Wayne and his subcontractors was performed exactly as we agreed to, and the finished bathrooms exceeded our expectations. Wayne was diligent and trustworthy throughout the process. He assisted us patiently with all the necessary decisions that needed to be made. Wayne and his subcontractors were courteous to me, my wife, and our two year old son, sometimes accommodating his nap time! The bathroom demo was quick and efficient. The plumbers, electricians, cabinet maker, and painters all performed as expected. From the leveling of the floor substrates to the placement of lights and mirrors, Wayne and his subs were excellent in execution of the job. Perhaps the best review I could offer would be that my wife said Wayne made her vision of the bathrooms a reality. We would highly recommend Reyner Construction for any of your home remodeling needs. In fact, we are requesting Wayne to remodel our third and last bathroom.

Reyner’s construction was excellent in customer service. Ready to answer any and all questions. Supportive through the entire Renovations process, when changes needed to be made. Considerate when I made changes. The staff was friendly and helpful just a pleasure to have as I renovated my home. I would use his services again.

We had a great experience with Reyner Construction. Wayne’s attention to detail was much appreciated. He constantly takes notes when you’re talking to him. He follows up with emails to make sure he’s on the right page. The subs he used were very good and professional to deal with as well. The finished product is exactly what we envisioned.

I contacted Wayne to help update a home we had purchased. This included moving a wall in the master bedroom, reconfiguring a closet,and updating master bath with new shower, adding a linen closet and new bath tub. He also painted the whole house and we added new appliances to the kitchen. He provided the workers to accomplish the renovation. They were good, polite, and came when he said they would. He called me to keep me informed on the progress. The house looks wonderful and we are still friends. I would recommend him to anyone!! Winks Floyd-Jones

I am so pleased with the great job that Reyken did for me...The workmen were courteous, respectful and willing to accomodate any changes I required.. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a remodeling/construction job, large or small.
