My wife and I had a reroofing, house painting and an Outdoor Kitchen and pergola project done by Southwest Construction. The company is owned by Richard and Erica Guerra. They are very professional, courteous, thoughtful and conscientious owners and contractors. They took our ideas and expanded them and made them work even better. They are very flexible, manageable, hardworking and look after their client’s needs. They stayed on top of the project at all times and were available for any questions, issues or concerns at all times (not like some other contractors who disappear once the project nears completion). My wife and I were extremely happy with their work and we became good friends throughout the process of the project. I highly recommend Southwest Construction for an outdoor kitchen project, home building, home remodeling and any other construction project you may have. They exceeded our expectations and built us an outdoor paradise we love. They do quality work with strict oversight and tedious attention to detail. We were told numerous times, “We are building this as if it were our own project,” which sounds like hyperbole, but they mean it. We have a home remodeling project we want to tackle next and we will be using Southwest Construction again. Thank you Southwest Construction.
