I've loved home design since I was a teenager, redesigning rooms in my family home. The connection with my environment has stayed with me through out my adult years, and all the while I was building my career in the world of advertising and marketing. I soon realized that my client management experience, brand development passion and my love for design marry perfectly for this venture that is R. Apple & Co. I believe that furnishings and decor are portals into memories of the past, and love mixing vintage pieces with new materials to make the spaces fully finished. Not only am I a designer but I'm a mom of 3, and a Master Gardner Volunteer in-training. So I understand the need for spaces to not only be beautiful but also functional.
