We have placed multiple order's and due to poor packing on Richelieu's part the handles come in damaged. We have to pay for the new shipment and been told the old shipment will be refunded. We had reached out to Rick Dise multiple times on this request and also asked for better packing. How many times do we have to pay for the product with no refund in sight. We are currently 4,800.00 in to this and no refunded , no return phone call or email from Rick on Refund's and no product to install. 8 weeks is enough time in my opinion.
