T-Square Architecture

BW Homes We have worked with Rick on past projects and we are currently working with him on a spec, design/build home in the South Park area. He is very good at understanding what we are looking for in design and works within our budgets. His ideas are up to date and his designing is timeless. As a GC/Home Builder we have given him some challenging projects and he has come through on all of them. We enjoy working with Rick now and looking forward to using him in the future.

Rick has so much natural talent and his work is exceptional. He is very intelligent and has done work on some of the most luxurious and visible projects in Charlotte (Southpark). I have benefited form his work on my commercial development projects comprising town centers and mixed use (retail/office/residential). The projects he has designed for us (and other) have a timeless appeal and are very efficient and current. He is quite knowledgeable about project management and job costing. Rick did a great job from day one. We were constructing an axe throwing facility something he had never worked with. He listened and was on board quickly. Dealing with the county there are always changes and crazy twist and he worked through them quickly dealing directly with the county to better understand what they needed. He provided all changes quickly and accurately. I would highly recommend him!
