River City Builders

For a true client-centered and collaborative new home experience, entrust River City Builders with your vision. River City Builders was founded in 2010 by Rick Giles, a successful real estate agent who was born and raised right here in Richmond, VA. As a Long & Foster Realtor®, Rick quickly discovered that although there were a lot of new home builders in Richmond, most of the homes being built were too expensive, used generic building supplies, or employed undocumented workers. The result was poorly constructed homes with floor plans that lacked popular features his clients wanted.
