Rick Miles Artisans

Fall of 2024 we met Rick and Family. We asked them to help us make a dream come true by designing and installing the bathrooms in a newly purchased lakeside condo. My wife, Mary, and Abigail came up with a great design idea after visits, calls and emails. The design process was very smooth, and the advice Abigail gave us helped us immensely. The renditions and layouts Alex put together made it possible to see it more clearly before installation, something we both really needed and appreciated. We were ready to get started. The installation began. From the start Rick was very reassuring and constantly in contact with us. He has an eye for details and the contractors he works with are both very friendly and extremely good at what they do. It was like watching dominos fall, one task after the other, in perfect succession to the final goal. Any unforeseen issues were communicated and fixed right away. The crews are organized and professional. But what stood out even more is how friendly everyone is, a real bright spot for this community. Mary and I are new and really felt like we made some good friends in this process. These aren't just good workers, these are good people and we feel very fortunate to have met them. Ok, I'm rambling. Anyway, both bathrooms are beautiful and they helped us figure out much more than that throughout the condo. We very highly recommend them

We have hired Rick for three different remodeling projects, two bathroom and one kitchen. Both he and Abigail were very helpful answering questions, suggesting changes in design and in choosing materials that would enhance our home. Very helpful and did great work. Very particular on how things were done. Efficient and timely with there work. Took the time to get the right people in there to get the job done right. We had a furnace problem while they were working and he helped resolve that problem even though it really was not really his job. We really enjoyed working with Ric and his staff.

We had Rick Miles install granite countertops for our outdoor kitchen. Rick, Abigail, and his crew were very helpful, curteous, prompt, and stayed right on with their estimate of cost and completion date. I would definatly recommend him to our friends.

I have purchased tile to DIY and have rented their floor refinishing equipment. Everyone we work with is full of advice. Even though we are a small customer, we never feel like we aren't as valuable.

When we built a new home all of our hard surfaces came from Rick Miles Artisans. They handle quality products. Their knowledge of their products, whether it is granite, porcelain, ceramic, or wood is very thorough. They also have a great eye for design and were very helpful in choosing the large slabs of granite and knew which wood floor would be best for our lifestyle. We give them 5 stars because they deserve it!

We contacted Rick Miles about replacing a broken bathroom countertop/with two sinks.After a discussion about the different types that would be available, we decided to go with granite. We then selected a slab that seemed to have the colors that we needed.Within two days, we received an estimate from Rick. We paid the required deposit and his staff schedule us into their project timetable. A crew met with us to create a template and within a week ....the project was completed. The entire experience was great!!!! The product , workmanship and staff were outstanding.

Summer of 2014 was the time to remodel our almost 100 year old lake cottage kitchen. Rick Miles' team helped incorporate my ideas into a plan that would function well and look good. Installing new cabinets into a space with few level walls, floors, or ceiling was a skill mastered by their carpenter. He was meticulous about repairing problem areas of the room and installing the new cabinets. As a result, we now have a beautiful kitchen that functions well for multiple cooks.

Rick and his family worked with me to add high end touches to my home remodel project. We struggled what to do for a back splash in the kitchen after we picked out the granite. Abigail came up with simple, elegant solutions for us. The guys in the back work hard and turn out great finished product and installation of the granite was flawless. Rick Miles Artisans did their best to stay within my budget and together we pulled off a beautiful remodel project. They are honest, down to earth people with an eye for detail.
