We had an exceptional experience working with RIKB to remodel our master bath and walk-in closet. After doing countless projects with less than ideal contractors in the past, it was so refreshing to finally find a company that is trustworthy, hardworking, and professional. Our designer, Stephanie, was able to take a vision in my head and turn it into a reality that is even better than anything I had imagined. And our project manager, Dylan, worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was perfect. I felt like he truly cared about this project and took pride in his craftsmanship. RIKB is not cheap but you absolutely get what you pay for.

Our experience with RIKB from beginning to end was great! Our consultation appointments with Kelly were thorough and professional. She was always prepared and answered all our questions in detail and promptly. Her input with design choices for our new kitchen were excellent. Joe and his team were amazing. Completely professional and respectful of our home. Joe was so patient with all our questions and communicated each step of the project with us in detail. The quality of the work, absolutely top-notch. We will definitely use RIKB for any future projects!

We designed our home and we chose RIKB for our cabinets in our kitchen, bar area, bathroom and pantry. We worked closely with Brittany. She is THE BEST! She took care of everything, helped me with design elements, she has great communication and follow through.... basically I trusted her completely. Our kitchen is amazing, all of it is beautiful. I had a GREAT experience working with Kingsley Catalucci, Joel Cooper and Kayla Donnelly at RIKB. I reached out without referral for help in doing major bathroom remodel of space that had been begging for renovation since I purchased house more than 20 years ago. I had some ideas but Kingsley took off with them, holding onto features that made the project more cost effective and beautiful (e.g., saving doors to closet and bathroom to build new and sleek closets in another part of bedroom), and configuring space to be both efficient and beautiful with appropriate symmetry and clean lines. Joel is a master craftsman and a very nice person -- careful and attentive to detail. He saw nuances that I did not and made all come together timely and seemingly effortlessly while I lived in another bedroom and bath. And Kayla is terrific as well -- also attentive to detail and uncompromising in making even the finest detail come out right. Thank you to a great team -- as soon as I rekindle my resources, I will want to embark on another project. I strongly endorse RIKB, and am happy to speak with anyone seeking more information.

Working with RIKB was a great experience. The kitchen remodel they did for us came out fantastic. The entire team was wonderful to work from the designer on down. Excellent Customer Service. We've renovated several homes with a number of different contractors, but RIKB is by far the most customer service oriented company we've ever worked with. The entire team was fantastic and communicated with us consistently to deliver a very high quality design. This was a huge redesign of our combo kitchen, dining and family room space. We love the results but, and I'm sure few people can say this, we enjoyed the entire process!

RIKB standards are extremely high which is evident by those who work with them to ensure your project is done right. What a pleasure it has been to have done business with RIKB! Frankly, I was leery about starting the kitchen renovation because of prior experiences with other contractors. From the first meeting with Prudence and Trevor to the coordination by Kayla and through the hard work of competent Tommy, I have been so pleased with the process and the results! I was given good advice and my requests were always met with the best attitude. This was a tremendous undertaking for me personally, and I can't sing their praises enough. It's hard for me to trust my home to others, but I can honestly say, I was comfortable with this company.

We hired RI Kitchen and Bath to remodel the kitchen in our new home in East Greenwich and also convert a standard closet into a china closet. We were very happy with the design consultant, project manager, who was onsite at all times during the work, and other workers on the project. They were professional, trustworthy and performed high quality work. We also appreciated that all of the work met the timeline laid out prior to the start of the project. We are very happy with our new kitchen and converted china closet in our dining room. We highly recommend this company.

Our experience with RI Kitchen and Bath was an incredibly positive one. From the first meeting my husband and I had with Billie and Kingsley (the design team) to renovate our guest bathroom until the completed project (delivered on time), our experience could not have been better. RIKB is an extremely well-run company. From the design details, product selection, finalizing the pricing, detailed plans of the project, clear and transparent contract agreement, pre-construction meetings, making sure all materials needed have been received and inspected, providing us with a written schedule of the construction timeline and then completing the project with great professionalism and craftsmanship, we cannot say enough about the company and the people who work there. My husband and I decided to renovate a guest bathroom in our 1960’s ranch house. Billie and Kingsley (our design team) made sure they understood our wants and needs and came up with three wonderful designs for our bathroom that reflected their listening and design skills. We picked the design that best met our needs and the style of our home. They also did an excellent job of assisting us with choosing the materials and accessories needed for the project and made sure we stayed within our stated budget. Once all of the materials were received and the project started, our project manager, Scott, was on site every day, working on the project himself and coordinating other contractors who were needed for the renovation. Scott was friendly, professional and extremely skilled. When he couldn’t come one day due a sickness, he came in on a Saturday to make sure the project could be completed on time. By the end of the project, it felt like Scott was part of our family because of his personable nature and warmth. He was even nice to our neurotic German Shepard and always did an excellent job of cleaning up before he left the job site. Before the project started, we received a detailed schedule of construction. I am delighted to say the project was completed on time. We are extremely happy with the completed product and would wholeheartedly recommendRIKB to anyone who is looking to renovate their kitchen or bathroom.

At first we were surprised by the price for our bathroom renovation, but it turned out to be well worth it. Both Stephanie and Dylan (and Jesus) were excellent at their jobs and were pleasant to work with. RIKB gets an A+ from us.

Decisions made, the planning over and it is time to relax. Our “kitchen and unexpected bath project” is now finished. Thank you again Karleen for introducing us to Designer Erika Pearson, Heather Abrams and Project Manager Joel Cooper. It was a total of 15 months in the planning and construction. Limitations and architectural constraints required a team approach of highly experienced professionals. Erika’s design is functional, streamlined and makes better use of existing space. Both projects were started and finished on time according to the calendars which we were given. The worksite was cleaned daily, zip doors were used, hardwoods protected and covered, floors washed and pets pampered. To live and function in a house under constructions for an extended period of time is very challenging. We are very thankful for everyone who participated in transforming our 136 year old house. RIKB you delivered as promised, twice!

We recently hired RIK&B to totally re-do our master bathroom. They completed gutted the old bathroom and in addition knocked down a wall and gutted a kitchenette area as well. The old bathroom and the old kitchenette area became the new larger master bathroom. We are extremely pleased and feel Jim Mattison was largely responsible for the success of the project. We cannot say enough good things about Jim - his knowledge and expertise regarding every aspect of a bathroom renovation was instrumental. We would highly recommend RIK&B.

This was the largest project we have ever done in the 40+ years we have occupied our 1850s-era home. It involved the complete gut of our kitchen, removal of an abandoned chimney, and the closing in of one exterior window. It was also the most satisfying experience we have ever had with a contractor, starting with our first visit to the RIKB showroom right through delivery of a blueberry pie as a thank-you gift after completion of the remodel! Our designer was outgoing (as was everyone we met at RIKB), creative, and scrupulous in addressing the three objectives we gave her: maintain an historic ambience compatible with the rest of the structure, work within a modest budget, and improve workflow and spaciousness. We were given a detailed schedule of work which was adhered to during the slightly under 6 weeks of construction. The designer provided us with detailed specifications and a full set of drawings before we signed the construction contract; these we had the opportunity to review independently as well as with her. As a result, there were no surprises once construction got underway. We chose to be away for most of the time work was in progress; the project manager, besides performing much of the onsite carpentry and coordinating tradesmen, acted responsibly as our representative, making sure the house was secure at all times. In addition, he took progress photos practically daily that were posted to the Internet for our viewing as we traveled. Any concerns we brought up during the project were promptly and satisfactorily addressed by RIKB personnel. Two months after completion, we have heard nothing but compliments on our new kitchen plus several expressions of amazement from friends familiar with our home on how quickly everything was done. Given their professionalism and quality of work, I would not hesitate to recommend RIKB to anyone anticipating a home remodeling project of whatever size or scope.

RIKB did a complete remodel of my kitchen in the spring of 2017 and each and every person I worked with was exceptional from the design to the completion of the project. The crew was professional and knowledgeable about details and went above and beyond in the quality of their work. I had my bathroom remodeled by Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath in September and I am in love with the result! Erika Pearson was my designer and we really clicked from our first meeting She took my vision and made it a reality beyond my expectations. The whole team was very professional and took pride in their work. John expertly and artistically installed my tile and made sure the job went smoothly. I live on the third floor and the crew made many trips up and down with no complaints. I hired R.I. Kitchen and Bath for some renovations on my levett, kitchen, and painting my living room and dining room. I was more than happy with the job. They did the work in a very timely manner. They were very knowledgeable, They did very neat work. We only had to deal with one company for everything. From my designer to the head contractor, painter, floor installer, electirician all went smoothly with little disruption for us. Next year going to have them do my upstairs.

Prudence Stoddard designed and oversaw the renovation of over five rooms in my 1893 house: the kitchen, two and a half bathrooms, mudroom and pantry. Most required full gut renovation. The design was knowledgable, appropriate and beautiful. I was eager to have the rooms fit into the ethos of a turn of the century house without being old fashioned or kitsch, but rather properly detailed and graceful. Prudence succeeded brilliantly. The design is seamless from one room to the next, with modern conveniences which maintain the integrity and old world quality of house. Deadlines were met and the quality of the work is outstanding. Prudence is a pro.

Waited to do a major renovation for a few years and found RI Kitchen and Bath. It was a complete renovation, floor ripped up, new kitchen, added a bathroom, updated master etc etc. Very professional and high quality work. Yes, you pay a premium but the job was done in about 10 weeks. Would definitely recommend!

We recently had RI Kitchen and Bath renovate our two bathrooms. From design to project management and completion, everything was handled perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the whole process and especially the finished project.

Recently RIK&B sent a tech to my house to simply replace a a existing toilet that was vintage 1987. The tech arrive on time with the perfectly adequate American Standard standard issue (low gallons per flush new) toilet I ordered. He got to work quickly and efficiently - removed the old and in with the new - and in no time I was up and running with an updated unit! This is not the only time I've gone with RIK&B. They did a complete remodel of my kitchen and I couldn't have been happier with the entire process from design to planning to installing and follow up. I'm a New York designer but I am working on a kitchen in Newport, RI. I discovered RIK&B through my client—who informed me that they were holding one of their seminars the weekend I'd be visiting. I attended the seminar with my client and I can't begin to tell you how informative it was. I wanted my client to truly grasp the scope of a kitchen renovation from start to finish. The seminar and the tour of the facility after, had the desired effect—my client was not only more at ease about her impending project, she was now excited to get started. If you lack the time or the interest in managing your kitchen or bath renovation, RIK&B offers full service project management: design/build. However, if you are more of a DIYer, they offer services such as BIY (buy it yourself) where a designer can assist with the cabinetry aspect of the project and you can tackle the rest. Everybody in the showroom was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I'm looking forward to working with them.

RIKB recently designed and completed the renovation of my kitchen which included demolishing most of the wall between the kitchen and dining room. Rose Champagne was the designer and Jim Mattison did the construction work. They both did my master bathroom project earlier in 2016 and I was very familiar with the quality of their work and trusted that they would complete the work prior to Christmas. They exceeded my expectations in every respect. And, I had a beautiful new kitchen for the holiday. Jim and Rose are very professional and they are wonderful to work with. Jim is creative as he had an ugly soffit to deal with and his solution was amazing. They also hire very qualified subcontractors. Jack the electrician and Mo the plumber were very professional and courteous.

I walked in with some simple questions preliminary to starting some renovations. I was treated with condescension and rudeness. Perhaps I wasn't their demographic - a woman alone in jeans and a ski jacket. Very disappointed. Too bad for them I'm renovating two baths and a kitchen!

In the fall of 2014, we had our kitchen entirely redesigned and rebuilt by the talented professionals of Rhode Island Kitchen & Bath. All of the decisions we made from the choice of hardwood floors, to the custom cabinets, to the stunning quartzite counter tops were ours, but chosen from carefully selected presentations by designer Lynn Shore. With her guidance, it was virtually impossible to make a wrong choice. After just a few consultations at the RIKB showroom and visits to our home, Lynn was able to artfully assess our lifestyle and guide the creative process in a complementary direction. The RIKB team's superb project management ensured that the project started and finished on time and, most importantly, on budget. All of the craftsmen who worked in our home during this project were highly professional and highly skilled. We now have a beautiful kitchen of which we are immensely proud. Our original idea was to replace our countertops but we decided to go further with a pull and replace of cabinets and counters. Our designer, Sabrina O’Meara is a true professional. Thanks also to Rich Kingsbury for his hard work. He and Jim made flawless modifications to our cabinet in order to fit our new wall oven. He also has great taste in music. All of the contractors (electricians, painter/plasterers, tile installers, plumbers, countertop specialists) were a pleasure to work with and they all left the site clean. I highly recommend RIKB without any hesitation whatsoever and will certainly use them again for our next project, which will be a master bath rehab.

They are awesome. They worked with us to iron out all of the details regardless of how minute. They gave us a calendar schedule of what would happen on each day during the time frame of the project. The bathrooms are almost complete and looking amazing.

Our home was built in 1958 and was badly out of date. Our challenge to RIKB was to renovate and expand our kitchen, add a new bath, and renovate two master bathrooms and a half bath -- all while retaining its original beach cottage charm. They succeeded magnificently! Prudence Stoddard came up with a truly original design for our tight galley kitchen that makes it a wonderful place to cook and gather. She also designed two beautiful master bathrooms, a half bath, and created a new guest bath out of a storage room. The RIKB operations group made her designs come to life while dealing with the typical "old house" challenges of uneven floors, and outdated plumbing and electrical. To give you an idea of their dedication, the operations team was back at work the day after Superstorm Sandy using portable generators for the next five days. They even pumped out our flooded basement! Again, we would highly recommend RIKB without hesitation.

Excetionally happy with the 4 projects conducted by RI Kitchen & Bath. I remodeled three bathrooms and a kitchen. Every aspect of these projects was top notch. Our designer was knowledgeable and provided may useful ideas. The craftsman (carpenters, painters, wall paper hangers, tile installers, electricians) on site were professional and did an outstanding job. Project management was well coordinated. The project manager did an excellent job of communicating with us and planned for contingencies. Post project service is excellent. They stand behind their work. Extremely personalized service. I would not hestitate to recommend RI Kitchen & Bath to anyone.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the wonderful experience we have had so far with RIKB. We are moving from the designing stage into the ordering process.
