This contractor is so easy to work with. Steve Riley is very detail oriented. He and his partners did a beautiful job. I would hire them again and I highly recommend them for any job you may have.

Hired Steve to remodel a master bedroom, Bathroom En-suite, Replace Old lighting in Family and Living rooms, Replace carpets and parquet in bedroom, library, stairs and hallways with hardwood, plus misc. I have been very satisfied with Steve’s professionalism. His communication skills are excellent. He manages expectations right. The quality of his work is outstanding. The design phase was easy and transparent and my expectations were accurately set. The demo phase was clean, and the rebuilt of the foundation, frames floors, etc was excellent. The quality of the subcontractors retained by Steve is outstanding. Both the material (Fixtures, Tiles, Cabinetry) was great (Purchased through Steve’s recommended suppliers), and the workmanship of the subcontractors (Tiles, Hardwood, electrical) was great. Steve manages the project himself and is on top of all subcontractors. Sharing more experiences, unlike previous remodeling projects, during the reviewed project I was communicating with the owner, who is also a top professional and a master of his craft. Last but not least: - On any large projects of this nature some things will undoubtedly go sideways, and a good professional is measured by how he remedies any such situation, and Steve gets the top grade for this. - As projects progress, we have noticed additional requirements and changes, and Steve was great to brainstorm with, get his advice and implement change orders accordingly. I highly recommend Steve!

We hired Riley's Remodeling and Design to remodel our guest bathroom and install new copper piping. New sewer system pipes were also installed, as recommended. Our home is over 60 years old. During construction, they kept the area neat and clean, stayed on time with their schedule, and kept us updated on the project. We love our new bathroom for its functionality and beauty. Steve and Tina are very professional and friendly people to work with, and we will hire them again for future projects. We highly recommend them for your construction needs.

Steve transformed my ugly, outdated and damaged fireplace into a showpiece in my family room. He custom built a fireplace mantel and surround with media cabinet that made the new gas insert look like it had always been there. It is now really the fireplace that I had always dreamed about. I feel privileged to have a piece of Steve Riley's craftsmanship in my home. Riley's Remodeling and Design also installed my new TV with a custom home theater system and new lighting for the family room. This made the whole room complete for family entertainment and enjoyment. Steve is a professional who is very detailed in his work. His work is of the highest quality and he comes in on schedule and on budget. I'm already planning my next project for Riley's Remodeling and Design.

We were truly delighted with the results. They tackled functional and difficult work to high standards, walking through progress every day. Steve Riley really surpassed expectations when he built a bespoke wine cellar for us. He provided sound design advice, sourcing exactly what we wanted in terms of wood, equipment, wrought iron work, lighting and flooring. He built a bespoke wine cellar from scratch and the result was stunning. The overall look was achieved through attention to detail and pride in the quality of work.

The team at Riley's Remodeling & Design did a beautiful job remodeling my kitchen and enhancing my living area. The work was done exceptionally well and the work area was cleaned up daily and Steve's team made sure the area was safe for my dog during the construction. The team stuck to the time line, except when I had trouble making decisions about tile, wood flooring and paint. Steve and Tina helped guide my color sense and palette and the final product was beautifully matched to my taste and personality. I would use them again in a second!

Rileys Remodeling + Design did a bathroom and living room upgrade, including design and construction of a fireplace mantel and slate siding and hearth for a gas fireplace, for us two years ago and a second bathroom upgrade last year.. RR+D also designed and built a deck for the front of our house. RR+D's help in selecting countertops, tiles, fixture types and the like and particular design details of the deck, in which small tweaks can greatly affect your satisfaction was always "spot on" as the saying goes. We especially liked the help in important aspects like colors. We wouldn't have anyone but Tina Riley pick colors for our house. We love the finished products. The quality of the workmanship is quite high. The price is fair. RR+D is the first place and only place we will go for our next improvement project.

Riley's Remodeling is a very professional, knowledgeable company. The owners were very helpful with design and provided good feedback with any questions we had. The were always open to any suggestions we had and worked with us to amicable conclusions. We are very happy with the way our bathroom and bedroom remodel turned out. Work was needed on an upstairs deck. There was visible rot. As the job progresses, Steve found and fixed hidden rot doing all that was necessary, but not over reaching. County building inspector stopped by to check the work and commented that he was impressed that the work was so thorough and well done. No corners cut. My neighbor, someone very critical about the workmanship of others, after seeing the completed deck, hired steve to do work at his house. He was on time and on budget. To be honest, the bid was higher than others. That said, I was not "nickle and dimed" at all. After coming in on time, in budget with exceptional quality, I think It was well worth it. I'm sleeping well.
