They guys were a delight to work with. Phone calls were returned promptly. ( Not a common thing in the construction business.). Their subs were all very good. It was a great all around experience.

Finding an honest, reliable builder that also provides excellent workmanship is a rarity. With RJWC Development you get all three. We recently bought a home in Sedona, AZ that RJWC Development built and we could not be happier with the home and our relationship with Ryan Caughren. Building a home is not a perfect science but when you have a builder that provides excellent workmanship and sincere and timely follow up on any adjustments or concerns, you can’t ask for more. We strongly recommend RJWC Development to anyone looking for a new high quality home.

This builder is great! I called him last summer to go preview a lot for me before I signed of on the purchase agreement. Ryan the contractor went over to the lot I was considering checked the view, dimensions, elevation and utilities as I requested. Then he called me via zoom since I was out of the state of AZ. Provided me his feedback and I said let’s GO! Working on the plans has a great eye and design sense. Very flexible, hardworking and is very networked with the city of Sedona. Great compnay to work with! Thank you!!

Ryan has done an excellent job with all questions with our new home that he built. The quality of the home is all we could have asked for and (as I said) when ever we've had a question or a concern, he's been available and has been right on it. We bought the brand new home on May 15, 2023. We're very happy with it.
