My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We have worked with this company on window treatment for our new house. They were very professional; helpful and did a wonderful job of creating the look and privacy I was seeking in each room.

Robert E did a great job installing our window shades. Each of our 3 front facing windows had a different 'need'. Robert and his wife helped us with our selection. The large top window is over 20 feet off the ground and the setting sun shines directly on our dining table. Robert E suggested a remote controlled black out shade. It works great! Nice mechanism with the battery hidden on the base of the window. The lower large window has a nice handle mechanism that is totally without cords (we have grandkids visits and this is safer). The narrow vertical window next to the front door has a hand mechanism that just pulls down..again a great easy nice looking selection. Robert did an efficient, professional install. He came again 2 months later after we noticed the tension on the vertical window needed to be tweaked..no issue with him tweaking it. Love this prompt professional response. Definitely will use him again if more windows need coverings.

Robert E's has completed several projects for us over the years, and their work has always been superb. Great at working with us on product options, outstanding installation, and assistance with occasional repairs when needed. We wouldn't think to change vendors and recommend them highly.
