As we discussed when we sat down the other day, I apologize again about your negative experience during the home buying process with us.

In the home building industry, we work with numerous amounts of contractors and individuals where communication is absolutely vital.
As much as I would like to say we are always on top of it, I know this is not always the case, and unfortunately there are times where things fall through the cracks and communication is broken down.

As a third generation home builder, my family has built and survived in this industry with our customer service, and our company has lived and grown by this reputation. Please understand that the highest quality in product and service has always been, and will always be our number one goal and priority.

We care very much about the people we work with, so it’s disheartening to know that even one of our customers is dissatisfied with their experience.

Over the past couple years we have met many times with the Lucke Group. We've discussed designs, received pricing, reviewed samples and a variety of builds. Through it all, the Lucke Group professionals have been first class. Never pushy, always polite. Immediately responsive, patient and, most importantly, the conversation and information conveyed has been honest and accurate. It takes time to comprehensively (and competitively) assess a potential builder...we have found ours. To date, VERY impressed!

I built my home with Lucke and truly have had an exceptional experience. My home is a ranch with a finished lower level. The quality of the materials and services were all above average. The selections covered a wide variety of styles and after working one on one, I felt that my needs and style was well understood. The subcontractors on other aspects of the house design and build must have been chosen with this same service mindset. The Lucke company delivered on high quality and service.
