Excellent EV charger install — flexible, communicative, and high-quality work Rock Electric installed an external outdoor EV charger for my Rivian, including mounting it inside an external steel housing unit I'd purchased online. The housing was admittedly overkill and tricky to work with, but Angel, the electrician, did a fantastic job — clean, careful installation that passed inspection on the first try (yesterday evening). Jacob, who handled post-sales coordination and communication, was equally stellar. The team flexibly communicated via phone, email, and text — I ended up using all three depending on what was convenient, and they rolled with it without missing a beat. Kyle on the pre-sales side set the right expectations going in. All-in, the estimate/quote matched the final bill. I can't say that I've seen this happen often these days. Big kudos to the team. Constructive feedback --- pre-sales process only (people were great) Two things stood out as opportunities, both at the front end of the customer journey: (1) BuilderTrend portal is confusing. Beyond general usability, the nomenclature in the digital portal didn't consistently match what the teams used in conversation, which led me to hesitate more than once in the process. I'm a new home owner, so I was a bit more careful given the work is electrical in nature. (2) Customer acquisition process is repetitive. You end up entering or sharing the same information multiple times — online and then again in person. It didn't make me reconsider going with Rock Electric (their work and people are clearly worth it), but it's the kind of friction that could cost them a less-committed customer at the sign-up stage. From a sales standpoint, this is exactly the kind of friction that quietly leaks deals before the actual work even begins — and it's also a high-ROI opportunity. The craftsmanship and communication on the back end are already excellent; tightening up intake would let more customers actually reach that experience. -------- Big thanks to Angel (Electrician), Jacob (Post-Sales), and Kyle (Pre-Sales). Completed the installation and hook up of our generator and installed two hanging light fixtures on our covered deck. Reasonable, knowledgable, efficient, courteous and clean was what we experienced with these electricians. This was a personal project but as a real estate broker, I would have no hesitation to refer them to my clients . From front office to completion of the job, this is a first class operation and customer service exceeded my expectations.

Recommended and installed Bromic heaters for a covered deck which required the installation of an additional sub panel. These guys worked extremely hard as the job required a lot of labor to get the wiring to the new sub panel. Showed up when scheduled and came back timely to finish the work after it took longer than expected. Heaters are great, no issues!

Rock Electric did a great job providing electrical work for my new water heater. The entire job took less than an hour and everything looked well dressed and clean after he was done. I would definitely use Rock Electric again for any future electrical work on my home and/or rentals.

Excellent service at a good competitive price. We had Rock Electric come install electrical for a hot tub where they needed to run conduit under the house to the back yard. They did an excellent job and helped set up and get the chemicals going in the hot tub after it was set up. Inspection went over with no issues either. Rock Electric knows what they are doing and do a great job.

The Rock Electric crew upgraded my home electrical panel and installed a hot tub hookup. Patrick and his team arrived early on the agreed upon day and worked to completion. The team was friendly, courteous, and worked with a high-level of detail to make sure everything was completed correctly and to code. I would recommend this company to friends and family and will use their service again for future electrical work.

Service is excellent! Called, appointment was arranged right away, and service happened the next day. Super honest with the work up there since it was a very windy and rainy day so they couldn't get it all done that day. Told us they'd be back to finish the work. They could have left with the work half done as I wouldn't have a way to tell if it was done completely or not. I appreciate the honesty and excellent work.

We had Rock Electric do our Hot Tub electrical install, and working with Patrick was really easy and straightforward. Our electrical run was a bit long and had special needs, and they came thru with a nice clean install. Highly recommend!
