Rod Flowers, owner and operator of Home Renovations Pro has been transforming homes in North Richland Hills and surrounding areas for over 25 years. Rod and his trusted team specialize in comprehensive interior renovations. From stunning kitchen and bathroom remodels to numerous flooring solutions including porcelain tile, stone, wood, and LVP, they bring visions to life. They also excel in countertop installations, offering a wide array of quartz and granite options, alongside custom and RTA cabinetry. The Backstory: My name is Rod Flowers, co-owner of Texas Tile House since 2005 with Yancey Traylor, all-around great guy and brother-in-law of 37 years and counting. The spirit of Texas Tile House will live on through two newly created entities, Home Renovations Pro and Traylor Remodeling. In 2019, Yancey and I made the thoughtful decision to close the Texas Tile House showroom to reduce overhead and allow us to focus solely on the homeowners and their renovations. This exciting new chapter gives our clients and their projects even greater personal attention and service. Yancey and I were installers for several years before opening Texas Tile House in 2005. Quality installations and superior service have always been the highest of priorities and that will never change! Same great crews, same great workmanship, same great service! We will continue to consult with clients about their projects during the in-home measure, which is free of charge. We know renovating can be a stressful time, therefore, we aim to alleviate as much of the stress as possible. We are there for you before, during, and after the renovation. Before "Demo Day," we help guide you through the process. Once the scope of work is defined and material selections are made, we discuss and agree upon the overall design, the pricing, and the schedule before we ever swing a sledgehammer. My shower had been redone by someone other than Home Renovations Pro. Unfortunately, when my fold down seat was installed it was not installed correctly with wood backing and the screws were pulling out. Home Renovations Pro removed tile, added the required wood support, reinstalled the backer board and tile. The fold down shower seat is now securely installed, looks terrific and I have peace of mind that it can be safely used. I will be going to Home Renovations Pro for any future projects.

We just completed (January 2026) a fairly extensive renovation on our kitchen, primary bathroom, laundry, guest bath and bedroom bath. Rod and his team at Home Renovations Pro were nothing short of amazing. We can't say enough about the technical expertise, quality of work, cleanliness, the professional and courteous approach and flexibility to make adjustments throughout the process. We literally had the decision to move forward on our project on hold for a couple of years due to not being able to get comfortable with a contractor. If you're reading this, you are probably in the same boat - finding a good one, much less a great, trustworthy one is a real challenge. Since the above project exceeded our high expectations; we are already preparing details for another phase for Rod and his to complete. We went from being concerned and anxious on the initial project to now actually looking forward to the next phase.

These good folks renovated my master bath and six months later my kitchen. They did a fabulous work-on time and on budget and great quality. I asked them back to inspect a leak. Well, the leak was a problem with MY garbage disposal and the project lead fixed it for me. No questions. No charge. Just really great people!!

Rod and team just finished our master bath remodel. I cannot say enough about the quality and service they provided. They are extremely professional, patient, and considerate. We completed a kitchen renovation with Home Renovations Pro. The scope of work included removal of two vertical columns next to a sink island; relocation and conversion of a sink island into on elevation island; replacement of cabinets; replacement of countertops; replacement of a light fixture above the middle island; removal of wall texture; repaint of walls and ceiling; removal of a desk area and addition of a second pantry; conversion of a doorway into a wide walk through; replacement of tile flooring with vinyl laminate to match the living room. Rod Flowers is very friendly and accommodating. He communicated with us very well even on weekends and even during his Hawaii vacation. He made us feel like our project was priority number one. His workers are fast and perform excellent work. They are very friendly and make sure not too cause too much disruption while they were working. Material selection was excellent quality and Rod allowed us to shop around for better deals. Rod helped us save money whenever possible without sacrificing quality and workmanship. And finally, our dog got to like Rod toward the end of the project. We will definitely use Home Renovations Pro for future renovations.

Home Renovations Pro made my dream bath a reality. Rod Flowers was extremely helpful and patient helping me select flooring, bath fixtures and paint colors. The installation crew was friendly, courteous, and respectful of my property. Everyone was always willing to stop and answer any questions or concerns I had about the process. I would definitely call on them again for any remodeling work.

I found Home Renovations on a google search and mentioned on nextdoor. Rod showed up on time and gave me a quote the same day. I saw good reviews for the company and decided to go forward with Rod and his team. I am so glad we did! We are super happy with our bathroom remodel. Rod is amazing and is always a pleasure to talk to and discuss plans. We received new flooring, new bath tile, new cabinets, new mirrors and he even check off a few things off of my wish list like an extra outlet around the sink. Every step of the process we saw great quality work. The detail was even more than I expected. He has an amazing team and they do a fantastic job. This team communicates well and it shows.
