I met Marc in 2006 I purchased a 200 year old home. I called Mark because there was some structural problems with the home I needed a new kitchen I needed to create a basement which was nonexistent Mark came in made all the structural repairs necessary did magnificent stonework on the outside of my home as well as remove the floors inside the kitchen area built a new basement and foundation created a beautiful kitchen . I had a wonderful experience having Mark work on my Home. And now 2017 is build me a new addition to my home as well as install radiant heat new central air conditioning a new bathroom and fireplace is a pleasure having someone who is so knowledgeable in the field of construction he is truly a craftsman. Mark's crew is diligent showing up on time they are diligent in keeping the area clean and safe they clean up at the end of each the day. I find his crew to be respectful of my property and respectful of my family. Mark works within the budget which of course is very important, he will also take the time to sit with you and go over every item he will keep you up-to-date on what has been purchased and what needs to be done so you're always aware of what's going on and I find that to be very respectful.

We have a very large very high porch overlooking the Hudson River. The columns supporting this deck rest on a patio. We woke up the morning after Hurricane Sandy to find the patio washed out and the deck just about to fall into the river. A neighbor spotted Mark working down the road. Within minutes (really!) Mark arrived with a crew and stabilized the deck. He subsequently rebuilt the patio which is much better than the originally one. The deck is now secure. Two neighbors also suffered from Sandy and wanted Mark to build concrete seawalls. The only way Mark could get heavy equipment down to do this was to use our bank. He promised to restore the bank. We gave Mark permission, and decided to have him also build us a sea wall. To us these sea walls appear to be first rate. Good footings and plenty of rebar. True to his promise Mark restored the bank and planted trees and shrubs that are lovely. After this Mark has done a number of projects for us, including putting in some modern windows, building bookcases, and waterproofing a cellar room. We have found Mark's pricing to be fair, the work first rate, and the work performed in a timely fashion. When needed, we will use Mark again.
