Where to begin? Rollins Andrews Interiors is fantastic on all counts. Emily's design sense, customer service, creativity, follow-up, attention to detail, flexibility and overall professionalism are exceptional. Further, she has aligned herself with the most reliable and highest quality service providers resulting in a seamless experience from start to finish. Unlike some designers I've worked with, Emily really listens and learns about her clients. She almost has an "AI" ability to actively learn as she goes to become even more attuned to her clients as a project progresses. She is a joy to work.

I worked with Emily on a landscape and pool house project in 2016 in San Marino where I was the landscape architect. Emily brought great design sensibility and sophistication to the outdoor furniture to complimented the landscape and create a cohesive, very beautiful composition. I saw the interior decorating Emily designed on the same project . Wow! They are stunning. She crafted a beautiful relaxing environment with the elements the client requested and beyond. In doing so she created a tranquil space you didn't want to leave. I was so impressed I recommended her of another one of my projects in San Marino. Once again she did a fantastic job. She has been helping me over a period of many months getting situated in my new home, replacing the professional who started the work, but was unable to continue due to health reasons.. Emily has arranged and supervised flooring, lighting, painting, and placement of furniture, ceramics, kachinas, rugs and art work. She has arranged experts coming to my home to show me rugs and oil paintings, facilitated the purchase of same and their placement. Her taste is exquisite. She is a joy to work with, providing well-considered opinions, but adaptable to my preferences. She is a wonderful listener. Working with Emily was a joy! She is truly the calmest, most reasonable, kind and relaxed person in the world which keeps you from losing your mind during the construction process. Her ideas for our home were so creative, and her use of color brought our 1926 Spanish home to life. She truly takes the time to understand how you and your family like to live, interact and entertain in your home. The lovely thing about working with Emily is that you feel like it is a true collaboration. It is not just the designer’s style that you come away with at the end of the project. Through her design process, Emily creates a gorgeous home that reflects the spirit of your family in a much more sophisticated and warm way than I could ever have done by myself. I have continued to use Emily with great success since we finished our construction project, and I will continue to use her in the future as we plan new projects for our home.
