Deb was extremely helpful in helping me select appropriate backsplash tile. I had a style in mind but the wrong materials for my existing kitchen elements (granite). If you want honesty and expert guidance, go to Deb. She referred me to an amazing installer Jim P. I love the backsplash.

From the moment we walked into the front door of the Concept II we were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles and a sincere introduction. Their friendly and professional style continued through the entire design, pre-install and post install process. Russ and Derek Pino were always available via phone or in-house to answer questions about design and what-if questions about form, fit and function throughout the home construction phase leading up to their bath and kitchen installations. Planning and design was painless, with creative suggestions and computer simulations throughout the process. No detail was a burden. Questions about how we expected to use the bathroom and kitchen cabinets and additional function we may need of those areas were included in the design phase. Additional change request were listened and explained as to how they may or may not effect the end product. Install was flawless. Cabinet assembly, finish and workmanship are high end. Both cabinet installers were polite, professional and proficient gentlemen. We have lived with the design and install for 4 months now and continue to experience the quality, work flow and functionality of the design. Our family and friends have marvelled at the quality and beauty of the cabinets and the hardware. We have recommended Concept II to our friends and family and will certainly visit them again for future needs.

Concept II did a bathroom renovation for us and I can't say enough about how great they were to work with. The process from beginning to end went very smoothly. Everyone there was great to work with. My experience at Concept 11 was amazing.. I worked with Deb O'Connor who is an artist with tile and always a professional. Deb designed our kitchen, master bath and guest bath for our new home. Everyone who sees it always comments about how beautiful these rooms are with lovely tile and marble designs. It is everything I could have hoped for. Concept 11 is an extraordinary store.

There isn't a day that goes by that my wife and I am not thankful and appreciative of the highest quality craftsmanship that Ross and his team did for us on our home. The attention to detail was meticulous, communication skills were outstanding, they did what they said they were going to do on time, were clean, and on the numbers discussed. They started out doing a large kitchen and four baths and the quality was so exceptional it rolled into a master bathroom , dining room furniture, hutches, children's art room, master bedroom walnut closets and now an outrageous wet bar. They rolled with all the add orders and knocked them out of the park. What's really special about concept two is they treat you like you are special member of their family, you can't help but love these guys and want to refer Your family and friends to share this rare exceptional experience in this field!!!

Concept II did an outstanding job in the renovation of our bathroom. Derek worked with us on design, listening carefully to what we thought we wanted, guiding us through selection of fixtures and colors, and gently steering us away from some of our original ill-conceived notions. The remodeler did his job professionally and carefully, with a focus on quality all the way and with the flexibility to incorporate suggestions—ours and his own—as we went along. The result is that a very small bathroom now has a bright, attractive, open feeling, making it seem roomer than it really is. As part of the renovation, we installed some Toto products, rightly known for their high quality. Over a year after the project was complete, a problem arose with one of them. Ross—the owner of Concept II—guided us toward a resolution and stood ready to help in any way he could. And Toto itself gave us outstanding support, even though the product’s warranty period had expired.
