Giving them 1 star. This is why. How often do you remodel a kitchen? And when you do. You want it right. Just the way you want it. I told the sales person (Monica) I wanted a sink with accessories, mainly a cutting board. She said fine, go get any sink you want and just bring it in for me. So I did just that. Then, they came. Installed the sink. Installed the counter. Good. Fine. Bye. One hitch, the cutting board I wanted didn’t fit the hole they cut. That was the reason I spent MORE MONEY on a sink. I called. Complained. And was told I should have brought the cutting board in. There’s nothing they could do. WHAT?!?!?!? Am I supposed to somehow have this knowledge? I’m not a sink/counter top professional. So I’m pissed. I wish I would have gone with a company that informed me of this so I could get what I want and what I pay for.

I found them through a Google search, they did not come recommended. I called because they had the piece of Granite in stock that my wife fell in love with for a new raised fireplace hearth which I am working on for my home. I called and spoke with Monica and right off the bat, she was very pleasant to speak to and to deal with. She went as far as to text me a picture of the slab I was referring to because I was not able to make it in. I went down there the next day to see the Granite. She was very no pressure and understood my situation when I explained it to her. When my wife was sure that this was in fact, the one she liked, I called Monica up, put a deposit down over the phone and scheduled an appointment for measuring. It's June 16,2020 and it's less than a week after the measurement and my new Hearthstone Granite slab has just been installed. I cannot begin to tell you all how happy and pleased I am with their service and the installation of the piece. I'm even more happy that the wife loves it. I can't wait to get it finished now. The staff at Royal Granite was very helpful. They worked with us to get the granite that we really liked . They were very good in getting the installer. We are very pleased with the final product and the quality of the work. Kudos to Greylin Medeiros and all at Royal for a job well done.

We are very satisfied with Royal Marble & Granite. We installed kitchen countertops, coffee station countertop, backsplash, waterfall, island with mider edges.They did awesome job. Greylin is very professional & helped us through our project. The installation team are also professional & careful while installing. They have a good after service follow up. We pointed out something and the team immediately came and made it right. After their job is complete, they properly cleaned up the entire area. I would strongly recommend them for stone job.

Monica is an absolute sweetheart. From the moment we walked in, her warm smile and demeanor were so welcoming. She walked us through their selection and we quickly located the perfect granite for our kitchen. She made the process super easy and smooth. The granite arrived exactly as promised and was installed promptly and beautifully. We love our new countertops and thank Monica for being such an exceptional asset to our kitchen renovation. Granit Counter tops and Granit backsplash project was completed by Royal in record time. Original visit by the Store Manager Mr. Fatih Karaca who gave us an initial estimate, followed by our brief visit to the store to select the granite slab, the new sink and faucet. Within few days the Installer Mr. Umit Tas arrived on Tuesday as planned and took the exact measurements. He did not remove the old counter tops as we expected so we can still use our kitchen. On Friday, -same week- Umit and his crew arrived to begin removing and installing the new counters and backsplash, all done the same day. Excellent job and great follow up after the job was done to insure our satisfaction of the installation. My wife and I highly recommend Royal and extend our appreciation to the whole staff for their promptness, quality, perfect timing and care.

The entire crew at Royal was very helpful and just a complete pleasure to do business with! The price was competitive with other businesses, but the service was better than anyone else. Our new Metallica countertop is the highlight of our kitchen. Absolutely beautiful. Installation was top-notch, the gentleman doing the work were very friendly and masters at their craft. It's refreshing to know that there are still businesses that are focused on what keeps them in business, their customers. 100% satisfaction, and 2 thumbs-up to Royal and all the good people that work there! They replaced the countertops in our kitchen with the most beautiful quartzite stone. Monica was amazing , helping us match existing cabinets and floors, and what I hope to have as a new backsplash. We were so glad that we found they. The installation went perfectly, no issues at all. I can't say enough good things abut this company. Wonderful selections to choose from also.
