Our project was an add on to a 90 year old home. This was not an easy job by any measure. Full custom on almost every point. Roy was always helpful, professional and did his best to please us every step of the way. When there were problems with subs (aren't there always) Roy addressed them forthrightly and calmly. He will strike you as not only the kind of person that inspires confidence in clients but also in his subs. I would have no problem highly recommending Roy and All Star Premier Homes.

Roy helped us remove a pre-fabricated shower and install a custom replacement. He was exceedingly helpful and attentive to the project. When a minor grout issue surfaced months later, Roy was quick to send someone out to resolve the issue. Roy Brocato and All Star Premier Homes, LLC built my home in River Ridge, LA, and they did an excellent job. Roy led us through this process with the utmost professionalism. His guidance started during the bidding process, and he was always trying to keep us "ahead of the game" by encouraging us to make our choices and decisions in a timely manner. Although most of the project went well, when there was a situation, he guided us through it. He was available when we needed to discuss anything related to the project and was prompt in returning calls when needed. We had a great working relationship with him. He has many subcontractors with whom he works, and he oversees their work. When we would want changes, he was open to them and guided us through them- anything from meeting us at the site to meeting us at a store. We are now enjoying our new home, and could not ask for anything better. We highly recommend Roy and his company.

From the very first meeting with Roy Brocato from All Star Premier Homes, we were confident that he was the builder for us. But we still bid our home construction project out to 5 builders. All bids came in about the same amount of money, which was very surprising but good. All Star's paperwork was so detailed, well communicated and thorough. Roy demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, problem solving skills and had great subs who came when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to. We built a rather large home with high end detail and Roy nailed it! Our project was completed timely and on budget given changes we approved or requested. Everything was handled in writing and well documented with copies for all. We have recommended All Star to anyone we know looking for a builder and we would use him again if we were to build again.
