As an architect, I have had the privilege of working in collaboration with Rich for the past two years on several residential projects in the Hamptons. He has a deep understanding of design and successfully executes home building at the highest level within the client's budget. Perello Building Corporation was hired by my husband and I to remove an existing cedar wood deck and outdoor shower consisting of 2,000sf and replace it using ipe and mahogany wood. The shower was rebuilt and moved to a different area of the deck. They also installed a cable wire fencing system around the new deck. Rich Perello, owner and GC, did everything we asked for and was extremely professional. He worked along with my vision and produced exactly what I asked for. The workers were experts at their craft and got the job done within a reasonable time frame. We are thrilled with the end result and would use Perello again.

I am in the process of building an addition and renovating my weekend home in Bridgehampton. Perello is doing a great job so far. Rich is honest, very hard working, and accommodating. He is always responsive to my daily phone calls and emails He is on schedule and the quality of the work is great.

We have worked with Perello construction on various projects thought the past few years. At first glance what stands out about them is their unique designs. Their modern interpretation of classic Tuscan style and the extra effort to use the best materials available makes them one of the few builders in the Hamptons who are trying to create a legacy. It is important for our reputation to work with people who share the same professional values and they certainely strive to build a unique product that will stand the test of time. A fantastic company with great people that are easy to work with is really the best way to describe them.

We had a complete interior update, remodel and reconstruction from floor to ceiling. The change was remarkable. Rich has a lot of talented workers in his shop. They were able to carry out some very unique construction concepts by our designers that turned out quite impressive. I would highly recommend them.
