Hello, just a few points

We purchase our instock materials from our vendors in bulk so our customers can have their project completed faster and at a lower cost. Because of this we provide samples of the stone from the lots that we have instock at OUR facility.

The samples and materials you viewed were selected at the vendors' warehouse which was never brought to our attention. Some variation is always inherent as long as the samples and the actual material received are from quartz stone batches that are made relatively around the same time. The samples you got from the vendor and the material we made for your kitchen are both named the same. The only difference is that the material the vendor currently has is from a more recent batch and factory.

It is for this reason, that we always advise ALL of our customers to visit OUR facility to see the stone they selected BEFORE anything is finalized. Despite our advise, you chose to remain an email and over-the-phone customer as it was not to your convenience. We respected that as we have many email only and over-the-phone customer who we have been working with for years and have not once visited our facility.

We quoted, measured, fabricated, and installed the job without any issues. As for the sink you provided, it was listed that you'd like it to be dropped in. When we called to confirm all the details after the template, we suggested an undermount installation for the sink since that is what most people do. You stated that your preferred style was to have it dropped in. So it was made accordingly. We generally can drill holes onsite but only into stone, as discussed with the office staff on the phone. When the technician got there he determined that it was not possible to drill a hole as there was no space on the stone above the sink cabinet area. Any hole in the stone would have gone into the next cabinet. We offered you to get hole drilled by metalworking shop but you said you will take care of it. As a gesture of good faith, we reimbursed you $250 for your inconvenience. The technician brought the cutout pieces that the installers missed when they were loading for kitchen.

Upon your request we provided you with the stone lot information and the vendor's customer service confirm that it was the correct material.
