Jim provided excellent service for me. When I finally decided to purchase some equipment from him, he provided me with a quote very quickly and obtained the necessary products very quickly as well. When he came to install the equipment, he spent a lot of time making sure that it obtained the optimum result for my TV service. He checked each of my TVs both before and after the equipment installation to make sure the service was improved on each of them. He showed me how to sign in and made sure I had all of my extra streaming services working on each of my 6 TVs. He went over and above by helping me with some computer issues and car streaming issues in addition to what I hired him to do. I would recommend him very highly to anyone who has need of the kind of work he does, and wouldn't hesitate to hire him in the future.

I had a great experience working with Jim from R.S. Media Services. He loves what he does and it shows. He was professional, fast, reliable and did the extras for me. Waited for cable company to come, worked with the builder to get installtion properly done for my music and television system. He set up the television in the living room and I had an issue with a televion in the master bedroom with all the windows. I now have one that come down from the ceiling. He worked it out and had this all done. The music sound sysem installed blew me away. I was so happy and impressed that we added an additional music room with a turn table and amp. The music in my house is unbelievable. I would highly recommend Jim. Wonderful guy with an added bonus - he is a Star Wars buff/fan. I can't say enough about Jim and his company.

Jim Richardson Came to our house after another home media company had told us that our plasma TV was dead. Jim found that the opposite was true and his very thorough analysis saved our plasma TV, which was headed for the trash. He is extremely knowledgeable about anything having to do with television, stereo, Blu-ray, DVD, cable, Internet, computers, and explains things very clearly. This gave me great confidence in Jim’s understanding of how everything works together as well as what equipment was needed to get the system up and going. Home media systems are very complex and one really needs a professional to get them up and going correctly. Jim also took the time to explain what more could be done if I wanted a completely up-to-date and top of the line system. He was in no rush to sell me anything. He let me decide what level of audio performance we wanted. I am not a musician or an audiophile , so I didn’t really need the best of the best and he honored my desire to create a good system that was adequate for my needs. I was very pleased with his price for the equipment and labor. I highly recommend RS Media Services for any home media system.

I recently moved into a house that RS Media had previously provided service for. I decided to continue with their service. I was very impressed with company. Jim, from the first phone call, was very professional and courteous. He took time out of his busy schedule to pay a house visit. Jim was very familiar with house, since he had provided service to the house prior to my ownership. He knew the house better than I did! The services I requested, included replacement and installation of big screen TVs, set up of a media room and controls, setup of a Sonos system, and complete network infrastructure for the house. He accomplished this perfectly. I realized immediately that Jim was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. He was very creative in solving problems. He was able to recognize major and minor issues, and most importantly he was able to find a solution. He carried out his work to a very high standard. Jim continues to check up on us, even after completion of the job. He is always available by phone or text. I highly recommend Jim for any projects, as he is highly knowledgeable and responsible. Jim Richardson is a highly professional and knowledgeable individual who installed a SONOS system throughout our house and two media centers during a home remodel. When we recently had problems following a switch to cable from satellite TV, Jim came to our home and quickly diagnosed the problem with one of the TV's sound issues and with the remote on the other TV. We would highly recommend Jim for his state of the art expertise, educating us with our equipment, and with helping us get the best value for our money. His customer service is excellent. Jim and Jim took our new house to the next level!!! I couldn't be happier with the service, professional installation, and sound/video quality that this project provided. My wife and I just finished building a house and it was a very lengthy, complicated process. The "Jim's" were very patient and courteous while we muddled through several extra months of construction. The final result was better than I could've imagined! I went with the SONOS in ceiling speakers with a new 65" flat screen and soundbar. I can't wait to start throwing some sweet parties! Jim not only wired our condo for Internet, TV, and phone, but found the best flat screened TV's for our family. Jim, then purchased, delivered, and mounted the TV's for us. We built a home last Spring, Jim went out and found the best deals on large flat screen TV's purchased them delivered and mounted them in our home. He then installed a SONOS system that we enjoy every day inside and OUT. They are responsive, professional ,trustworthy and honest. Jim never trys to OVER sell his client, he listens and fits the project and equipment recommendations to what you need not what he wants to sell you. Quite honestly our builder would benefit taking a page out the way Jim conducts business! My relationship with R.S. Media and Jim Richardson began when he installed a Sonos system in my home. This turned into a long term relationship where Jim and his "guys" have done several more projects at my house. His work is beyond "top shelf." It is far and away the best I have ever seen. Combined with reasonable pricing, high quality components and a willingness to stay involved for years afterwards makes an incredible value for any consumer. When our Sonos handset died two years after installation Jim replaced the component free of charge. He is always there when we have a question or a problem, even when our own ignorance about computers caused the problem in the first place. Both our next door neighbor and my best friend contacted R.S. on our recommendation and are as enthusiastic as we are about R.S.
