Runland Painting painted the interior of our house, top to bottom. They are detail oriented, easy to communicate with, and and reliable. Our house looks brand new. We also had them paint our kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. It turned out beautifully. You can't even tell the cabinets have been painted because they were done so well. Not only do they provide high quality work, but their team of guys are friendly, respectful, and trustworthy. My husband enjoyed chatting them up while they worked. :) They will be painting the exterior of our house within the next few weeks and cannot wait to see the results. I would highly recommend Runland Painting.

I have used this company twice, the 1st time Javier did an excellent, excellent job, very talented. The second time time Chris did an excellent. I will consider them the paint my remaining 5 rooms.

Runland Painting painted the exterior of my home in late spring of 2020. They were professional and did a great job. They showed up on time, and communicated clearly. They cleaned up after each day of work, and left everything just as they found it. Repair of siding was done as well. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work, and the cost was reasonable. I would choose Runland Painting, hands-down, every time. I had seen their signs and completed projects around town, the work appeared to be first rate. After doing some research prior to having our house painted, we concluded that Runland was by far, the most professional and highest quality work that we had seen. We were right! Our house of 24 years, looks like a brand new home. The crew is so efficient, knowledgeable and great to work with. The paint is truly top quality, you can tell that it is going to last a long time. We had Runland Painting paint the outside of our house and it is BEAUTIFUL. Very professional and friendly crew worked very hard and in just 2 days the job was completed including , 3 colors of paint and window shutters. They also cleaned up all the mess and debris. We obtained two quotes on the painting of our home. The Runland quote was the best considering they applied 2 coats of paint. The team who performed the work were very respectful and courteous. Once the work was done, we walked the perimeter to ensure we were completely satisfied with the job. Runland offered to come back if we found anything we wanted them to address and followed up with us a few weeks after the work was completed to ensure we were happy. We chose the high grade paint to extend the life of the paint job and we have had multiple compliments from our neighbors about the quality of the work and the beauty of the finish. We believe Runland is an extremely professional organization and we highly recommend them to all.

Had the exterior of my house painted, which is a faux 2 story rambler. Runland Painting is a very professional service, going above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. Very happy with the results, and I highly recommend this company. John Runland was very quick to respond to my voicemails and questions, as well as reaching out to follow up if anything needed to be touched up. Mason of their sales team was very helpful in explaining how the service would go, even going so far as to come and pick up the deposit when I expressed worry over mailing the check (there had been reports of mail theft in the area.) The power washing was done around a week and a half before the prep work (caulking and taping off windows/doors). John personally delivered the paint to the house and walked his team around to ensure everything was prepped properly and ready to go. Javier and his team were able to get the whole house painted in a day!

I recently selected Runland Painting to paint my home and I could not be more pleased. The pricing was competitive and they included priming needed areas and caulking. They did a fantastic job; they were friendly, thorough and professional. And now my house really so fantastic! Besides the terrific job they did, I really liked each and everyone of the guys that came out to work on our house. From estimator to the young man who did the pressure washing to the crew and supervisor that did the painting. The crew was fast (3 colors, large 2 story house only took 4 days, including pressure washing and prep.), and did a great job. The house looks great, no mess, no problems. The supervisor had a couple of good suggestions that we followed.

We met with Mason to do a quote and I was surprised with the amount of time he spent with us to walk through the entire project. I expected him to just show up, walk around, and email me a quote. That was the total opposite. He walked around and explained what they would be doing and that they don't just caulk what needs to be caulked, they redo all caulking. He gave me some different options for paint upgrades, which I appreciated. He then went to his truck and printed me out a quote and came back to explain everything in detail. I really appreciated this level of detail! We weren't scheduled to start our project until July, but given everything going on right now, and probably cancellations, we were contacted by John on a Sunday evening about potentially starting the project early. I emailed him Monday and there were two guys out pressure washing Tuesday. We had a beautiful week of weather so it was perfect. On Wednesday, we had two different guys show up in the morning, promptly, and they started the prep work. These two were the two main workers for our project. They were professional, kind, and worked very hard. They prepped the first day, painted two other days and were done by Friday afternoon. We have a one story 1800sqft home, so not super big, but the house looks fantastic! I love the color and the quality the guys did. They even tried to make sure that cables that are around the house tied into the color of whatever was behind them so they didn't stand out. They took our downspouts off and painted them on a drop cloth vs painting them in place, which was appreciated! This is my second house painting project in my life (not both with Runland). Both have been a positive experience.
