Rob was outstanding to work with He was extremely kind and helpful with decisions. Being this was our first time building a house we didn’t have a lot of knowledge but Rob helped us work through it and never made us feel like our ideas were ridiculous or odd. The whole process went relatively quickly and Rob had so many great contacts to work with picking flooring, cabinets all that stuff. everyone we worked with was amazing I highly recommend this company

No contractor is perfect; however, Rob (owner of R.W. Lind Builders) comes pretty darn close. Rob built a gorgeous two-story slab-on-grade home for us in about 5 months. Rob's attention to detail, ability to listen to what the homeowner wants, and quick follow-ups puts him above the competition. He truly takes pride in his work and ownership of any problems that arise (whether during the build, shortly after, or a year later). While many contractors avoid clients' calls after they've received their check, that's not the case with Rob. He always answers my calls, texts and emails within a reasonable time and is always cheerful when doing so. He is naturally an upbeat person with a calm demeanor, which makes working with him very easy and stress-free. I highly recommend him and would personally use him again in a heartbeat.

Rob is a very professional individual who pays a lot of attention to details and most importantly listens to his clients. We had the pleasure of working with R.W. LIND Builders for our most recent custom home. Rob was very flexible and patient throughout the process. Our plan was quite unique but Rob put a lot of effort to ensure all our goals were accomplished. We have worked with multiple custom home builders before but Rob definitely exceeds our expectations. When my husband and I began our journey to find the perfect builder, we had no idea the challenges we would face. The first two builders we met with failed to listen to our ideas and wants. It seemed they were pushing their own project ideas rather than helping us reach a plan that would give us the home WE had envisioned. One of those builders would arrange meetings and then completely forget prior discussions, which left us starting over each time we met. Furthermore, we had a realtor that was rather disconnected, so we felt very much lost in the process. One day, my husband and I mapped out a route that would take us through several houses in the Parade of Homes fall tour. It was during that tour that we happened to see an R. W. Lind open house sign next door to a Parade of Homes model. We weren't going to pass up an opportunity to tour as many homes as we could, so we ventured inside. That decision ultimately sealed the deal in finding a builder. Not only did my husband and I love the layout of the model, we appreciated walking in and having the builder himself there -- not a pushy realtor. Rob was relaxed and conversation came naturally. After completing our tour, we kept thinking back to Rob's model and the level of comfort we felt upon meeting him. Whereas other builders would boast about their ability to build a home in 120 days, we knew from the start that R. W. Lind was a smaller company, and the process would take a little longer. We never wanted a house just thrown together, so the extra time meant greater attention to quality and detail -- two things that meant more to us than the race to completion. Later that same month, we signed a design contract with Rob, which would lead to hiring him as our builder as well. While in the designing stages, Rob listened intently to our ideas. He was right there each step of the way providing suggestions that would help make our ideas a reality, and he kept detailed notes of everything we talked about. Often throughout the process, Rob would give us a breakdown of costs, so we knew exactly where we stood financially. Looking back on the entire journey, we feel incredibly blessed to have crossed paths with Rob Lind of R. W. Lind Builders, Inc. His patience in answering our endless questions was comforting; his expertise in researching and providing us with suggestions that would accommodate our ideas was reassuring; his guidance (including setting deadlines) as we made our interior selections (and changed our minds several times) was uplifting. Never once did he falter in his commitment to building us the home WE wanted. And never once did we feel a nuisance to the process. As our house began to take form, the first thing that stood out to us was the level of quality and attention to detail Rob insisted upon. He hires some of the most detail-oriented craftsmen who build without the slightest imperfections. And when we did have a concern with something we saw, Rob was quick to make note of it and have it fixed. The craftsmanship we noticed in our home is unparalleled to what we saw in the many other homes we toured. After closing on our home, Rob assured us we would stay connected. We cannot imagine other builders establishing such relationships with their customers. Rob made this experience enjoyable, which is why we give him the highest recommendation possible. We would utilize his services again without hesitation, and we share his name with others knowing they would receive the same level of satisfaction we did.

From the very beginning Rob has been nothing but flexible and accommodating to us and our needs. The quality of his craftsmanship on the homes he builds equally matches that of his customer service. Even after the purchase of our house he is still helping us with things that are far beyond what he is required to do. Rob has a very high attention to detail and short changes not a single thing. Every part of our new home is exactly as it should be with high end finishes. My husband and I would gladly refer him and work with him again in the future.

Rob and his subcontractors did a great job completing our 3rd bathroom last summer. They were easy to work with, kept the construction clean, and communicated efficiently along the way. We were very happy with the end result and the efficiency of the project.
