Update below-- Feb 27,2016 I'd really like to give a better review on this, but Im really quite disappointed w Baxters quality control. I recently purchased a centre knob for a front door and when it arrived the knob had scratches all around the rosette in a perfect circle-- these were left from the cutting lathe-- Baxter quickly responded after I sent them pics and sent me a next day air label and then quickly got the knob back to me-- only problem being that two days later it was returned w the scratches buffed out, but now with flake marks on the finish-- my quiry into that has been ignored to this point. Then, today, I received a interior door knob for that same front door-- and the knob has marks and scratches in three areas-- disappointing to say the least-- to be fair, the thumb turn (received today as well) is perfect, so I know Baxter is capable to turning a quality product. As an update-- Baxters customer service and attention to my order has been exceptional. I have to say that I'm quite pleased and can confidently increase my score to 5 stars-- the product is truly beautiful and well made, and while problems arise w every company from time to time-- this company really went to bat and hit it out of the park. After door is installed, I will post pictures.
