At the showroom, Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great price! Leading towards the installation and after, the boys were great! They even came early and cleaned up the mess before leaving. Thx guys!

This company was great to deal with from Mary Anne in the sales office, to the measure and install personnel. They did a nice job, got my sink for less than Rona charges and recommended a good person do do my back splash. Made the whole experience great.

Even my plumber gave a thumbs up to the installation of my new quartz counter top. He said he doesn't usually see the strapping on the sink, which gives extra support as lots of installers just use glue for the undermount sink. Quality work done in a timely manner. I appreciated the Streicher discount also. Thanks Rick, Greg, Maryanne and installers.

Very Impressed! Great team to work with. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the communication, professionalism and workmanship from the time we walked in the door not knowing exactly what we were looking for until the final completion when the counter tops were installed. We recently got a beautiful exotic granite installed in our kitchen. Waterloo Stone Works made the process easy and stress free. The installers were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question to the fullest detail. Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with the assistance we received in selecting our counter top and then again with the professional and friendly service of the accurate measuring and installation. The counter tops arrived perfectly cut to measure and the installers were efficient and very knowledgable. We are so loving our new leathered Titanium - it has updated our farm kitchen to a whole new level!

Waterloo Stone Works is a competent and well organized operation that pays attention to quality and technical details. They were prompt and responsive with communications and their personnel were both professional and friendly. The final installation of a quartz counter top was completed on time and without a hitch. They certainly earned their way to qualify on a preferred supplier list.
