Tab Property Enhancement designed and built a beautiful new covered deck with a fireplace and ceiling heaters. We could not be more pleased with the design and build quality. Trace and his team are master craftsmen that pay attention to every detail. Trace communicated with us every step of the way. We are so glad we went with Tab!! In fact, we recommended Tab to our daughter as well for a project.

This is the second time working with Tab Property. They made the best deck and patio in the neighborhood for us. Their designer and all the team is great They are very professional, hard working people and making very solid Deck and patio. They are using very high quality products. During the building your project they respond all your questions and communicate with you all the time. 5 years ago I made two years of research and found the best company , if I need to do one more project I will call Tab property again.

The guys from TAB did a great job. We are so happy with the final results! Trace and the guys kept us up to date with the progress on our patio. We had some weather delays which slowed the progress down, but Trace kept us informed during the delays. We are completely satisfied with our new addition! Trace and his crew did an outstanding job with our big home project! They built our screened-in porch and office addition, a new deck with a built-in grill, a new patio and walkway, and also managed a yard expansion and planted new landscaping to perfection. TAB Property Enhancement was an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire team was very professional, clean, and accommodating. We were able to stay open and their team worked with us so we could still satisfy customers. When they left for the day, it was picked up and even pressure washed when needed. We had to get creative in order to meet my desired deadline but Trace and his crews did what needed to be done to meet my expectations and surpassed them! I WILL use them again and highly recommend them to all my residential and commercial friends/family.

Had a walkway put in down the side of my house to my deck from my driveway and it turned out absolutely beautiful and amazing unbelievable!

We hired Tab Property Enhancement to replace our deck and add a paver patio. Trace and his team did an excellent job in transforming our back yard and outdoor space. This was a large project for us - tripling the size of the deck and adding a patio underneath - and we chose Tab to do the job based on their previous experience with larger projects. In my mind, I had underestimated the amount of work that was necessary to make this project a success, but Trace and his crew planned appropriately handled the work confidently throughout. We are extremely happy with the results, and look forward to using this outdoor space with our family and friends for years to come.

Our new walkway is stunning. We had old uneven cobblestone and stairs by the driveway. Getting older, we wanted to eliminate the stairs. Trace and the guys spent so much time measuring and grading to be sure we had a level, smooth pathway into our front door. The stones, pattern, and border colors are perfect. They installed a really nice, robust, sturdy railing by the front porch steps They put boulders along the sides to maintain the border and it blends with our landscape. They eliminated the steps, and even eliminated one step onto our front porch. They finished with mulch and grass seed..The guys were here every day, on time, and finished the job. They cleaned up so we didn't even know they were here. They respected our property. Our new back deck is awesome. Maintenance free and just lovely. The design is perfect. We have some much more space compared with our old deck. They installed a privacy screen that we love. It gives us some privacy, and it is really just a nice decorative feature. The color and border is perfect. I wasn't sure about black metal railings, but we really like them. With the deck being 5-7 feet high, they are really sturdy with a nice clean look. The guys were here every day when weather permitted. They worked hard to see that the new deck was square, level, with perfect cuts. They installed posts light and stair lights that are beautiful at night and provide safety and esthetics.The old deck was dismantled and hauled away without any issues. We are really happy with Trace and his guys. They did a superb job. It was completed on schedule with no issues. He communicates with us about the job quickly. The project could not have gone better.

Tab did an excellent job installing our paver patio and stairs. The crew was fantastic: great craftsmanship, courteous, worked diligently and the site was left in great condition. They fought through several weather issues and still got the job done in a timely manner (worked through Winter, Spring and Summer type weather all in one week). Highly recommend them!

His no pressure laid back approach felt like I was conversing with a friend. That coupled with the 3D rendering that allowed me to visualize the project, the quality of his company's work, and how responsive he was to me and any issues that arose during this unprecedented time, giving frequent updates was truly appreciated. Ultimately the finished project speaks for itself, My paver patio with built in firepit is Beautiful!!! Highly recommended.

Tab Property expanded the size of our patio. They built a pergola, extended our existing roof. They handled everything from getting the permit to all final inspections. Brought in an electrician for recessed lighting and ceiling fans. They began our project before the pandemic. They did shut down the project for about 10 days after the stay at home order , which we appreciated. The crew was very respectful of our property. They never complained when I asked them to move all their vehicles so I could get my car out. The owner was out several times to check on the progress. I would hire them again. They were terrific

TAB is the best company to use! They have done several jobs in and around our home over the years. Trace and his guys are all hard-working, honest people who definitely know what they are doing. This most recent job they did in our yard was a French Drain (as the people who did it for us prior didn't know what a french drain was apparently), along with a new fence. As always, everything looks amazing. Trace keeps in constant contact with his customers to let them know what the status of starting your job is. Once you are on his schedule, they begin when they say they will, depending on weather, and they are done when they say they will be done. I wouldn't use another company on our property!

Outstanding! We could not be more happier with how our project turned out. Tab Property Enhancement exceeded our expectations. When I called Trace to discuss what we were looking to have done he was on it that day. We told him what we were looking for and asked him to elaborate on our idea. He not only did that, but created a completely new concept and design we had no idea was even an option for us. Within a few days, we had a beautiful rendering and plan in place. When we had questions or needed to change anything, it was smooth and done like that. Service was done in December and the team was extremely professional, organized, on-time and hard working. The materials used in the project are high quality and everything is so solid and sturdy. The project was completed in about a week and half or so. After the crew was done, they power washed and cleaned up everything in the yard and driveway. I highly recommend TAB because of the complete professionalism from start to finish. We will be doing more projects in the future with TAB.

We cannot say enough great things about this company. Trace had great ideas for our deck from the bench concept to the varying widths for the deck boards. His crew was very clean and respectful and very hardworking. We love the deck lights that were added to the posts and gave it a very rich look! We have had other contractors in the past and all I can say is that you get what you pay for. We will never use any other contractor but Tab Property Enhancements!

Tab just finished a large patio, front entrance and landscaping project for us. The job required quite a bit of excavation, and the crew discovered a few surprises along the way. They worked hard to fix the issues, and handled everything in a very professional manner. Trace took great care to keep us updated on the progression of the project, and made sure that we were happy with the work. The end result exceeded our expectations. We built a new home last year and hiring Tab Property to complete the backyard project (deck, pavers, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, landscaping, lawn, etc.) was the single best decision we made throughout the entire building process. Trace, Dan and the entire crew were true professionals and their workmanship is second to none. I would highly, highly recommend considering Tab if you are looking for a contractor to complete a backyard project. Some notable considerations: Bid and Pricing: While many other competitors wanted to charge us $800-$1000 for detailed 3D renderings, Tab included this as part of their quoting process. This gave us a high degree of comfort Tab would deliver what we were expecting. As far as pricing, Tab wasn't the lowest and they also weren't the highest. The pricing seemed reasonable and early on in the process Trace explained many of the shortcuts other competitors would take to reduce their bids. After a few meetings with Trace, we were comfortable spending a little extra because we knew we would be receiving the highest quality materials and workmanship. Project Delivery: It was critical for us that the company we hired had the same dedicated crew working on our job throughout the process. We absolutely didn't want to hire a contractor that was going to hop between jobs. Trace assured us it would be the same crew from start to finish and they wouldn't start other jobs until ours was finished. This held true. Tab's awesome crew spent nearly 6 weeks at our house until the job was done. There were weather related delays, but for the most part the job was delivered on time. I would say Tab is very busy with many projects and if you have a firm deadline for project completion, you should consider getting started well in advance. The crew: We got to know the entire crew well while they were at our house for nearly 6 weeks. They were all extremely friendly and very professional. If we had questions, they were happy to engage with us. Otherwise they would stay focused on the job and they all worked incredibly hard. Dan and the crew exemplify teamwork! Attention to Detail: We were very particular about many aspects of the project and Tab took many steps throughout the process to ensure our expectations were met. If the crew ran into some unforeseen circumstances, Trace or Dan would give me a call and we would walk through various alternatives. Shortcuts were never taken and the team would consistently opt to do things the right way even if it meant it would take longer.

We love TAB! They have completed 4 projects for us over the past few years and we can't wait for the next one. 2 exterior projects and 2 interior. They do a fabulous job. They are always on time, respectful, and complete beautiful projects both indoors and out!

An extremely satisfied repeat customer. We have hired Tab Property Enhancement 4 times, repeat 4 times for a variety of different projects. They installed a pool deck at our old house, hired them to install a uni-lock patio and deck, with a fire pit and sitting area at our current house, then they expanded the patio (later project) and installed a pergola as well. Recently, we they did two entertainment center remodels for us as well. Each time, the team is very professional, on time (in the morning and when job will start), they clean up, communicate well and ensure that you are happy with the work and also pay attention to all of the little details as if it was their own property. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. We have a couple more projects coming up and have already discussed them with the team as I don't even consider using anyone else.

Phenomenal Job! My wife and I are spell bound by the improvement Tab Property Enhancement has made to our outdoor living space. We now have an extremely well constructed patio made from three different types and color pavers, a beautiful white vinyl overhead pergola and gorgeous landscaping and accent lighting (for the evenings). We can't stop looking at out new patio and landscaping; we are totally satisfied. Tab sent 6 workmen (4 some days), all highly skilled and professional. They really knew what they were doing. On top of that, they were all very courteous, fun to be around, patient with my many questions, and cleaned up at the end of each day. And, we never heard a swear word out of any of them throughout the 6-day project. Tab recommended that we add some decking (AZEK) immediately outside our sliding back doors so we can carry food, drinks, etc. out onto a level surface before having to go down steps to the patio - - as we had to do over the past 25 years. That was treacherous; Tab had a great idea. Finally, the landscaping and accent lighting added at the conclusion of the job is really classy. We now feel like we live in a resort area. We are going to love our back yard. At the start of the project, we got three bids including Tab's. We chose Tab based on a referral from a close friend that manages the property for a condominium complex. Tab had done some some excellent enhancement work for that complex - which we went to see before finally selecting them. We have no complaints what so ever. The owner, Trace Baum, is easy to work with, reach, and responds to questions promptly.

I’m so glad I found Tab. I purchased recently a new construction house in Westlake and I needed a full landscaping service and an outdoor space to relax and entertain. I looked into many companies, but no company showed so much interest in trying to fit our budget into our needs. Trace was amazing since the first contact. The 3D rendering was free (who else does it nowadays?). We had a design made before by another very famous company and we were not satisfied. When we got the 3D and the estimate, we were so delighted and at same time so relieved also, because finally we had found what we wanted in our budget. We got everything we asked for, a fully and personalized landscape with 25 trees, a composite deck, pavers patio, an amazing vinyl pergola, water feature surrounded by flowers that attract so many butterflies and birds (it’s so beautiful!), a fire pit and LED lighting. Everything under our budget. Everything was done efficiently. The crew was amazing. The deck was curved and that took a lot of time to be made and it turned out perfect! I really recommend Tab to anyone who is needing a landscaping and outdoor job well done. But I would also recommend to start the process as soon as possible because they have a super busy schedule. Much thoughtfulness is exhibited from the moment they are initially engaged, the actual building / creation phase, through any follow-ups needed. Not only is this thoughtfulness demonstrated by the owner and crew lead, but also the crew performing the work. One area to highlight is that your questions or concerns are addressed promptly, even during Tab’s busy season. Additionally, much attention to detail was demonstrated end-to-end. We have been kept updated consistently and the pricing is quite fair. As so often seen from landscaping companies, there is not an upsell process.

The job they performed was outstanding. They ran into many unanticipated issues but they solved them quickly. None of the walls are even but they were able to work around that problem successfully.
